Guest Reviews
- Maristela (7/5): La ubicación está muy bueno, pero creo que falta mejorar el servicio - La ubicación! No hay internet! No limpiaron la habitación durante mi estadía, no encontré información si debería solicitar este servicio.

- Anthony R (10/5): -
- Renae (9/5): Enjoyable stay - The accommodation is all you would want for a nights stay. Clean bedding, tea and coffee making facilities and a clean shower and toilet. The fact that the hot water in the shower took about 7 minutes to come through.
- Anne (6/5): Not worth the price - Good location. Clean Facilities were poor. No hand towel or washer. No wine glasses. Had toaster and microwave but no plates, cutlery etc to use them.
- Lee (8/5): - The room was clean
The services were great
Good location
- Yanah (1/5): Condescending staff - Nothing The staff were very rude and refused my check in and did not offer me any solutions. Instead they mocked me for using a third party to book and said has I not used booking.com they could have helped me.
- Samantha (6/5): -
- Chris (7/5): -
- Michael (7/5): - Location Had paid for a 2 room and got single room
- 3daaf03e6dcc7030fbb14c81e4ecf06e (7/5): Suited our purpose for being there - Good location Bed was very uncomfortable
- 21bb03f1e2b5729c06453d824b3ffe39 (10/5): - Super close to cafe's and the beach
- Nathan (8/5): It was okay - Location was great Noisey ceiling fan, no hot water in the morning for a shower. Also checked in after hours and was given no information as to how to find our room. Complex layout over 2x buildings a map would help!!!
- Jennifer (7/5): I was a last minute booking I made as an emergecy so it was very convenient. - Location was perfect in regards to surrounding area... great restaurants and walking distance to various places. The bed was extremely comfortable. Not having access to wifi was a surprise and inconvenient as I had work I had to urgently complete. I don't understand why, in this day and age wifi would not be available.
The noise from the carpark was disturbing but it was just brief each time as pub guests were leaving.
- Jodie (10/5): -
- Monica (6/5): - Clean with comfortable beds and good location. Basic facilities and no WIFI
- Matthew (8/5): - Convenient location. Friendly staff. Easy check-in It was all fine

- Tegan (10/5): The rooms were comfortable and clean. So close to the beach with everything you needed close by. - Great location and price Level of noise from the street
- Malcolm (7/5): Other wise enjoyable - Was disappointed no cutlery, or plates in room although there was a toaster, microwave and dishwashing fluid and cloth. Certain dietary needs means I prepare my own breakfast As above
- Crystal (7/5): Amazing I will be back - Clean and well presented Limited parking facilities
- Pam (5/5): - Location was tops. Check in closed at 5pm. No after hours contact number for unforeseen problems.
TV only worked on ABC.
Hot water took forever to come through. 😩
- jeff (8/5): Pleasant staff and good location lived up to presentation as budget accommodation - Great location very handy to the beach and hotel facilities. Very little storage or hanging space so you lived out of your suitcase
- Chris (9/5): -
- Elpidio (1/5): - Horrible Everything
- Cornelia (3/5): Disgusting no understanding of our circumstance we are 77 and 82 not good enough - Location We were put in a room which stank so we were than given supposedly to be last room which was a room for disabled twin beds we’ve been married over 40 years so this was a horrible first then I realised they charged us an additional $55 on our account. Staff eating food while serving customers
- Elias (9/5): -
- Michelle (7/5): Nice location, just adequate facilities - Location near beach and cafes was great.
Could just see the ocean from our front door. The bathroom wall (toilet/shower) had a public footpath on other side.
There was no shampoo/conditioner.
Had an unfortunate disturbance on first night with a noisy neighbour.
No dedicated parking for units.
Price was lower than surrounding motels, but higher than usual for same facilities.
- Gordon (8/5): Overnight for local touring - None All ok
- Vincent1951 (10/5): -
- Alyssa (8/5): For the comfort and location it was a well priced. - Good restaurant, comfortable beds and perfect location close to the beach. It was a little noisy when the pub closed due to people yelling in the carpark however it settled down pretty quickly.
- Judith (8/5): Comfortable and great location. - Very handy to shops, restaurants & beach. Clean and comfortable. There was a toaster & microwave kettle & cups provided but no knives or plates. Would have been nice to put our toast on a plate and have a knife to spread the butter.

- Fourie (9/5): -
- Aaron (9/5): - The location, and the room had everything we needed except for free Wi-Fi but that was OK because I had enough mobile data on my phone. No free Wi-Fi but I knew that before I booked.
- REBECCA (9/5): -
- Sara (8/5): Not coming back - Location was fantastic Room too small and didn’t even have a proper closet, no iron, no hair dryer… lately every hotel offer at least hair dryer.
No hooks in the bathroom, no spoons for tea or coffee. Hot water in the shower was on and off…
- Terry (5/5): Motel rooms were average for price. -
- Sarah (9/5): Work - Location Seating
- Kristie (5/5): Find a different hotel - Close to the beach - No WiFi -(what the heck- for $1270 for 5 nights and no WiFi)
- $254 a night and couldn’t even put the wiggles on for my 1 year old
- Floors were filthy, when wiped paper towel was BLACK! Like they’ve never mopped it.
- Bed was not the most comfortable
- Davina (8/5): Enjoy it - next to - Location - easy Noise
- Leisa (8/5): -
- Kylie (3/5): Overpriced accomodation (room & drinks at hotel) plus old and dirty (below average rooms) - Location & meals at the restaurant The cost for the accomodation, is dictated purely by the location. It was too much, for a poorly maintained & old hotel. Renovations are required. There was no glass in the shower, so when you are showering the shower curtain would stick to your body. The room floors were not clean (shower floor & room). There is dirt in the tile floor & walls was gross (ingrained). The tiles in the bathroom require new grout (on the floor), as the are sharp & uneven. The dunny was loose, so when you sat on it, it moved sideways (it wasn't secured to the ground). The fridge was not running cold & there was no way to turn it up. Plus, it was located on the ground hence it was too low to access things for senior people. The room curtains could not be closed properly so no privacy available & daylight was not blocked out (during the daytime). The front door was jaming when opening & closing therefore maintainence is required. As the hotel rooms are right where the parking is, the bollards in the car parking spaces are major trip hazards which could cause a major injury. The bed matress, was too (extremely) firm. It was a self-contained unit & there was no iron or hair dryer available. The accomodation should be sold as backpacker accomodation, due to the poor maintainence & how old/tired it was. I was shocked & appauled with the room, based on the cost/premium price charged. Most staff were not very friendly or accomodating in the pub/bar/restaurant (eg. if they had stock on one side of the bar, they told you to get it from there). The same products/alcohol should be available throughout the venue. Finally, the entertainment on NYE was horrible (Miss G). She was below average as an entertainer, yet the locals at reception raved about her (claiming she was booked for the last five years). We left at 10pm & at that time there were hardly any patrons left (it was almost empty).
- Lauren (9/5): Friendly welcome, good parking and clean and tidy rooms. - Location and surprisingly quiet Shower curtains…
- Rosel (2/5): Overpriced - The restaurant You can hear people in other rooms,
awake at 3 am because of the noise,
park your car in the street because car park is full.
And there is a cockroach in the room.
all in all not satisfied with the accommodation .
They don't pick up rubbish in the room

Clean No wi fi
- Sophie (7/5): It was lovely - thank you -
- Sharon (8/5): Great location - Location excellent, close to boardwalk, hotel, cafe etc No hand towels, face clothes
- CATHERINE (4/5): Location great room very disappointing for the price - The only 2 good things were the location and the bed was comfortable One chair to sit on for two people - dirty fan blades, noisy next to laundry room. A very crowded family room.
Small TV that we could not get to connect to the internet.
- Schmocker (10/5): - The location is close to the beach and Restaurants. Good food at the Bargara Hotel. Nothing
- Tina (8/5): Would happily stay again - Location amazing, room beautiful and clean only thing was no tv remote😂 the lady I dealt with in reception at Kaceya was absolutely amazing(German lady). Great variety of eating places , hotel is beautiful, bakery across the road great. Loved it all. Except for maybe the people next door banging down the door at 6 in the morning
- Shane (9/5): -
- Sophia (7/5): -
- Linda (9/5): Great - Close to shops and restaurants Nothing
- Wade (10/5): -

- morley (8/5): - I stay here for work across 3 days usually. this is a excellent location with simple but nice rooms. Central to numerous food outlets and close to beach. Pub offers reasonable food for the price. Seems quite popular even during the week. Will stay here again next trip.
- Robert (1/5): Disappointed - The hotel was shut

- Jason (9/5): Enjoyable - great location and value - Location and good value for a one night stopover No wifi
- Belinda (7/5): Great short stay in non peak period. - Convenient to everything staff friendly and not over priced. Bedding comfortable and clean. BYO Toilet paper in rooms pub was much better. Old Building comes with old design which can't be helped only noise we heard was people leaving hotel after a good time.
- Martina (7/5): Relaxing, convenient and comfortable - The location was great, close to everything we needed at Bagara, and we didn't have to drive anywhere after going to the pub for dinner and drinks. The room was comfortable for what it was. Just some very minor cosmetic things in the bathroom.
- Anita (4/5): - Pub was clean and service was great, close to the beach. Bit out dated, bed uncomfortable, and low water pressure for the shower, no place in the bathroom to put clothes.
- Hakan (1/5): It was stressful and terrible experience. Not recommended. Bad service, bad behaviour and no hygiene in the room. - It was stressful and terrible experience. I selected the hotel because of EV charger facility but I had noticed after I checked in that it was not compatible for Tesla. Since I trusted their EV charcility and have no enough charge in my car to drive further, I had to plug in charging cable to the room and I told it that I had no choice. The cable was on from night to early morning and was charging super slowly.
Then, they sent me additional cost for fine of using the electricity from the room and treated me like I was theft.
First time in my life I was blamed for stealing and treated such badly behaviour which is not acceptable at all.
- John (4/5): - Location was very good No dish washing liquid
