• linda (10/5): Fantastic stay. - Absolutely fantastic stay. The accomodation was beautifully presented with lots of liitle extras books, games and cooking facilities. The view is quite incredible and during whale season would be even more spectacular. Eden really is a hidden gem. The whaling and fishing history are fascinating and the whale musuem is a must see.

With family in Eden we need a comfortable place to return to after a day with the grandkids and Heritage House is our "home away from home". The ocean views from the top rooms never fail to impress. Heritage House, always highly recommended.

• Rossco25 (10/5): Lovely stay centrally in Eden - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for three nights and it had everything we needed. The location is great, central in the middle of Eden, museum across the road, simple walk down to the wharf or up the street to the shops. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, it was spacious with generous storage space as well, washing machine, outdoor seating on the balcony with sea view, actually sea view from living room and kitchen as well, off street parking, friendly manager. I don't have an EV but there was even an EV charging space in the driveway. Very enjoyable stay

Nice, clean, plenty of amenities and simple rules to follow. Great bed! Situated very close to the Killer Whale Museum, restaurants and shops and various lookouts to the south and west. Look for the wi-fi password in one of the paintings.

• Mai-Lan (10/5): - The two bedroom apartment with sea view, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Andrew gave us very useful advice about the area, sent a plumber to check and fix our hot water right in the next morning, posted an item that we left behind right to our home address a few days later. We really appreciate your help and had a good time at the Heritage House Eden. Highly recommend and definitely will be back. Our stay there was too short!

The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms and were newly renovated and in excellent condition. The queen bed in room 3 was very hard and uncomfortable and the bed pillows were weird and hard but the queen bed in room 2 was very very comfortable as were the pillows.

If I was to be picky, there was no dustpan; the broom had seen better days - all the coating fallen off handle leaving a rusty handle to grip; the cooktop didn’t seem to work - but possibly user error. Luckily an electric frypan provided got us out of trouble. Definitely recommend staying here.

• Julia (9/5): This is a great place to stay if you’re coming to Eden! - A beautiful building on the main road of Eden. This was a great spot to use as a base to explore Eden itself and the surrounding areas. We could also walk up the main road for food etc. A bit of a longer walk to the beach but definitely still doable. The room itself was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was huge! Andrew at the front desk was so helpful! He gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and walking trails! The TV is a little on the older side so don’t expect every streaming service on there and the Internet was a bit slow.

• Karina (8/5): Eden what a hidden gem with so much history a great place to stay for couples and small families. - Location was great close to everything. Fan didn’t work correctly in the wash room so when you used the dryer it made the unit very warm. Some dirty dishes and utensils.

• Kristine (10/5): Really lovely, clean and fresh accommodation, short walk to the beach and restaurants. - The rooms have been freshly renovated and are exceptionally clean, comfortable and lots of attention to detail. The Hotel is in a great location, able to walk to the beach and restaurants. I will definitely be rebooking when I return to Eden. There were only a couple of minor things that could improve this accommodation. Firstly, there was no lamp - only downlights above the beds, secondly there could be a few more things in the room to prepare food. I wanted to have some fresh fruit in the morning, but there was no chopping board and no sharp knife - same when I wanted to have an afternoon cheese board. These weren't particularly problematic, but could definitely improve things even more.
