- Roy (5/5): Location good. Bali employer invissable behind the desk!! - Location very good. Quiet area, and everything on walking distance. Cleaners for the rooms were very kind and polite. Not good was the person on the bali. Not very friendly. We past het many times the two days that we stayed, and she not once greet us and didn't talk to us. (you can't see the person behind the desk. The desk is to high and the person behind the desk is litteraly invissable for the guests... Tip is: change that for the better! Rooms are noisy and the doors to the rooms make a lot of noise when you close them from the outside.

- Hannah (8/5): - The staff were friendly and it was right next to the dragon bridge. The bed was comfy and room was a good tempurature. When we arrived the sink had no pipe underneath so the water was pooring out from underneath. We reported it to reception and they said they would fix it while we were out. We went out for the next 2 hours and returned to get ready for an evening booking, however, when we returned the sink still wasn’t fixed which meant we had to wait for a plumber. This was inconvinent as we needed to get ready. We thought if the problem couldn’t be fixed we should have been offered a different room. Other than that everything was ok.

- Yamamoto (10/5): ホテルライフ楽しみにしていない人にはおすすめ - 中心部で便利な立地。市場や買い物、食事にも行きやすい。施設は清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリー。アメニティも揃っている。非常にコスパが良い ダブルの部屋だったが、部屋は小さくベッドが真ん中で空間がほぼなかった。ただ、ホテルは寝るだけだったので、充分満足できた。

- nguyen huy (1/5): Rất tệ - Vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện Bước đầu đến đã ko có cảm giác tốt đẹp gì , phi xe vào hầm bảo vệ ko nói năng gì , ko hướng dẫn , thích để xe đâu thì để . Lên trên lễ tân , lễ tân thì ngồi thụt xuống dưới không để ý có khách hay không , gọi ko thấy đâu , lúc sau mới ngẩng mặt đứng dậy , bạn nữ lễ tân không một nụ cười hay lời chào , trong suốt quá trình làm thủ tục ngoài hỏi căn cước va thanh toán vẫn mặt lạnh như tiền ko nói gì . Các lần sau đi qua cũng ki thấy đâu . Lên phòng thì cách âm kém , bồn tắm thì bẩn vẫn còn vết đen . Đi 2 người mà cho 1 khăn tắm . Nói chung là không đáng giá tiền . Cảm giác tệ , lần sau ko muốn quay lại

- Connie (4/5): - Good location Room was very basic. Had a TV on the wall but doesn't work. There were no cords attached to the TV. The coffee cups in the room were greasy, we had to wash them in hot water in the bathroom sink to clean them.
- Miyuki (8/5): ロケーション便利、リーズナブル - 市街地の主なスポットがほぼ徒歩圏で立地はとても便利。周りに飲食店やカフェも多い。部屋もシンプルで清潔感があった。チェックアウト後、夜荷物を取りに行った時にフロント奥のソファなどがあるスペースでトイレに行ったり荷物の整理ができたのがありがたかった 部屋にあった3つの枕のうちの一つから汗くさい、脂のような臭いがしてフロントに返した。見た目は普通だったのに残念。

- HISAKO (1/5): 安いから仕方ないのレベルではない - ありませんでした ガラスのコップがひび割れてる、冷蔵庫の台の角がめくれあがってる、部屋にティッシュがない、ゴミ箱もない(バスルームにはあった)、金庫があると記載されていたのにない、洗面所に石鹸がない。 シティビューと言っても2階の窓のすぐ横で工事をしている男性達がいてカーテンを開けられない。 あまりに酷くてクレームしたら、それからスタッフは挨拶もしなくなった。

- Philippe (9/5): Très bel hôtel pour une découverte de Da Nang. - Hôtel proche du centre et en particulier du pont au dragon, attraction inévitable de la ville. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Pas de petit déjeuner mais des possibilités existent dans le coin. Accueil un peu froid. L'hôtel est apparemment plus fréquenté par des hommes d'affaires que par des touristes.

Staff don’t speak too much english, but they are very nice, unless you don’t want to chit chat you manage everything by google translate. They helped us with motorbike rental quite easily. Not much of a space to unpack and a bit thin walls to hear everything from next door, but an earplug makes magic.

- paola (8/5): Struttura bella e pulita, con inconveniente - la camera ampia e ben tenuta, letto grande e confortevole, bagno grande e pulito. lo consiglio abbiamo avuto un inconveniente, al nostro arrivo abbiamo inserito la tessera nell’apposito alloggiamento e questa si é piegata perché in effetti era davvero sottile. sono andata in reception ad informarli dell’accaduto e la ragazza mi ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare la tessera danneggiata. le spiego che non é stata mia incuria e che tra l’altro la tessera funzionava ancora. ma lei ha contattato il manager e ci diceva che lui insisteva affinché noi pagassimo la tessera. allora, molto innervositi, abbiamo acconsentito al pagamento, per evitare di rovinarci la giornata, ma gli abbiamo detto che avremmo fatto un reclamo su booking. l’indomani un altro ragazzo alla reception ci informa che la questione é risolta e non avremmo dovuto pagare. quindi la storia si é conclusa bene, ma non mi é piaciuto il trattamento ricevuto la sera precedente, quel “dovete pagare, dovete pagare”, il cliente non si tratta in questo modo.

Leider waren die Bettsachen voller Flecken die anscheinend beim waschen nicht weggehen, weil wir nach neuen Bezügen fragten, uns wurde aber erklärt dass sie keine ohne Flecken hätten.

- Lucia (9/5): Ubicación y limpieza de 10! - Las habitaciones limpias, atención rápida en inglés y muy simpática, la habitación amplia, con todo lo necesario, nevera, armario, bañera... todo muy limpio y el ventanal con espectaculares vistas a la ciudad. La ubicación fue muy buena, en el centro de todo. Lo único por lo que no doy un 10 es porque la cama fue algo incómoda, de muelles duros, una pena porque era espectacular el resto para el precio que pagamos...
