Robert Nicholas and Pauline Herewini (10/5): Great getaway less then 1.5hrs from Sydney - ALL the Staff were lovely and helpful. Facilities/ amenities were maintained and clean. Cabins were tidy and had everything we needed. We had a lakeside cabin great for people watching. Made goid use of the pool, fishing, basketball and volleyball courts. My 14 and 17yo found something to entertain themselves the 4+ days we were there Phone and Internet access but is also a positive. All correspondence received reminds you of the limited access.
Robert (5/5): Pleasant stay, disappointed with no NYE fireworks, lack of investment really showing - Big open spaces for the kids to play in. 1. No NYE fireworks. Thats why we come over NY. 2. Derelict fridges next to camp kitchen. They’ve been there 2 years now. It would take someone a couple of hours to dispose of them 3. Camp kitchen has no lights so can’t use at night time. 4. The one camp kitchen fridge is cheap and tiny, full of forgotten stuff, basically unusable 5. Camp kitchen hot plates don’t work, just 2 rusty BBQs to use, which are usually a bit messy from over use

Wendy (9/5): Would definately come back to Del Rio we had a great time - wish we could have stayed longer! - Great location, enjoyed the firepit at night and the amazing stars! The screen door was quite heavy to open and the screen door needed repairs.

Joanne (9/5): Fabulous! - The location is fantastic, right on the river. We loved catching the car ferry across the river too! The pool and water park was great and the putt putt golf and buggies kept everyone occupied. The birds and the kangaroos were beautiful attracted by the gorgeous gardens and giant jacarandas and Morton bay fig trees. Just a magic spot! There is also no wifi except a spot near the cafe. This ensured that the children were not distracted by devices and we could reconnect through activities and chats. It would be great to have a few pet friendly cabins. My small, non shedding, non barking dog wouldn’t have been noticeable and we wouldn’t loved to have had him with us.
Victor (9/5): Superb - We booked camping spots in the resort. All the spaces were clean and also the restrooms and common areas were super clean. The staff was friendly and all the area around the river is very beautiful.
Monica (9/5): All in all, excellent value for money! Kept the kids entertained all weekend long! - We camped for a few nights on a powered site! The site were great sizes, perfect for a gazebo and a big tent :) lots of amenities available for campers - kitchen with microwave, kettle, sink and toaster. Laundry facilities available as well! Toilets and showered were cleaned every morning! Plenty of things for kids to do - pool, water park, games room, playground, putt putt, tennis. There used to be a jumping pillow but it’s no longer available. However the space is perfect for picnic by the river!

Robert (7/5): Love Del Rio, and hope it gets a new lease of life soon - The location in the wilderness next to a gorgeous river, with endless space and activities to keep the kids entertained The camp kitchen was well below acceptable standard. 2 of 3 fridges not working and left there to rot full of bugs, the one working fridge full of got knows what, including fish guts dripping fish juice everywhere. The kitchen bin not changed once while we were staying there over 4 nights and in the end I wheeled 20m away to stop everyone suffocating under the stench and fly infestation. All facilities generally very tiered and not refreshed after the flooding, which is understandable. The place is being sold so minimal investment it seems.
Raquel (7/5): This place is huge and full of entertainment for adults and kids. It’s a good place to rest under a shade enjoying the b - This holiday park is located in a beautiful spot by the river. There are good shades to rest and play, bike track, swimming pool and water park, mini golf, tennis court, cafe, barbecue areas, playground and others. It’s great for the kids ride bikes around with a sense of safety. There are fishing baits available at the reception. Staff are lovely. I got disappointed with the kitchen. It’s a huge holiday park and there’s not an equivalent kitchen. No oven available. Also, there was no shade in our camping site and the ground was full of died bindi. We just couldn’t stay in our tent during the day because it was too hot, and having bindis all around was stressful with little kids getting hurt all the time.

Karen (5/5): expensive for what we got - cafe was great on Saturday but they ran out of food on the Sunday so options were limited. Relaxing atmosphere. VERY expensive for a room. We didn't have any choice where we stayed as family wedding was nearby. Cost us less to stay at the Hilton Hotel than at our cabin here. Had to ask for tea and coffee, the UHT milk provided had expired 2 months prior so curdled the tea. Cafe staff begrudgingly gave us enough milk for 2 cups of tea.

Debbie (8/5): In all we had a fabulous weekend, loads of fun, great to be accommodated near our friends (mostly), - Room and view was fantastic, great areas for the children to play, villa BBQ was good, parking good, Shower spouts were almost useless, too high and not adjustable, my room didn't have the TV remote, glass doors were extremely hard to slide, INTERNET WIFI would be extremely beneficial to have throughout the entire park, I don't know why it was limited from 8am to 8pm, most annoying, surely the cost you are charging for these villas is adequate to cover the costs

david (8/5): Riverside resort - Del rio was a nice seclude getaway quiet and piece ful at the time we were there it seemed we were in a renovation stage of the resort some new sections and some old sections being redeveloped it was a good place to go if you want a base to stay so you can explore surrounding countryside
