Alison (1/5): crap - that there was a table in the room along with a lounge the noise we were in room 6 right across from the smokers area all we herd all night was the sliding door being open the neighbours down the hall sounded like they were having a party when we turned up the water was shit took for ever for the hot water to come through the shower and once it didn't had to keep adjusting the shower and the noise from the neighbours was just full on don't think i'd stay at this hotel again

Tina (3/5): Great location, but needs more maintenance. - The location was great as it's just across the road from where we were going. The coffee, tea, biscuits tray was full. ALL of the soap, shampoo, etc containers in the bathroom were empty. There was also a little deposit left for us in the toilet. The curtains didn't close fully because some of the hooks were broken. The valance around the bottom of the bed was ripped. Needs more overall maintenance.

Rooms are dated but have everything you need and are well kept. Good variety of tea/coffee/butter/spreads & bickies. Traffic noise was a bit loud when windows were open but easily fixed by shutting windows and using aircon.
