Very quiet
- Benjamin (3/5): - Only problem was people next door arguing and swearing and slamming doors at 12 oclock at night Next door slamming doors and arguing could hear everything that was said and hear toilet flushing other wise the room etc was good and clean
- brian (10/5): -
- Smith-Thompson (10/5): - Tranquil
- CiaraBrigid (5/5): - Convenient to where I needed to be to be close to family. No heating and microwave blew up.

- Leah (10/5): -
- Donco (1/5): -
- Serena (7/5): - It’s a bit dated, but the room was clean and it had everything I needed for a one night stay.
- McLachlan (6/5): Comfortable for my short stay. - I liked the the showers. The rooms were self contained with microwave, toaster, refrigerator, kettle and television. Supermarkets were within a fairly short distance as well. An update to the furnishings, such as couch could be an option. Exhaust outlet from the bathroom might be another suggestion.
- Katherine (5/5): - Great location as we needed local accommodation Rooms smell musty. Linen is aged and towels are small and thin.
- Marek (7/5): -
- James (8/5): -
- Bec (4/5): - Great service, Nice room and location. The bed was terrible to sleep in and the bath towels didn't dry your body.
Beside that was ok.
- Simone (5/5): - It was close to where I needed to get to the next day. It was clean There was noise all night from the pipes behind my bathroom. Sounded like washing was being run all night. It was very loud and made it impossible to sleep.

- Jarrod Painee (1/5): -
- 先广 (9/5): -
- Anne (5/5): -
- Phillip (8/5): - Very quiet
- Roslyn (6/5): It did the job. A place to lay my head. - The only thing I didn’t like about the room was it was very old school. It needed updating. Also no fan in the bathroom
- James (1/5): Great location, terrible nights sleep due to old mattress. - Location is great The place is old and tired , but one thing no matter how run down a place is you expect a comfy bed. Honestly it would of been more comfortable sleeping on the floor , the mattress was as hard as a rock and looked like a banana.
Cheap third world motels are more comfortable.
- Marcus (9/5): Very comfortable with excellent customer service - Wonderful place very affordable, great location for our event No exhaust fan for the shower. No shampoo or conditioner
- Jackie (4/5): Never again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone - Nothing It was not clean at all. Very dated, in need of a good makeover. Curtains hanging of the rods, would on the shower etc. If the sheets weren’t clean I would have moved straight away. Very overpriced for the condition of the room
- Gordon (7/5): -

- Scott (8/5): -
- Keith (6/5): Good, close to were I was flying out off - Comfortable, close to Tyabb Airport Outdated, but comfortable
- Monique (6/5): - Overall our stay was good it’s old but clean some things could do with an update like the couch. And door was a bit drafty. But good for last minute accommodation and price.
- Keith (5/5): Convenient for my needs - Distance from airport Outdated room/But comfortable
- Graham (7/5): nice, quiet, good room amenities met expectations - Rooms recently renovated, quiet and close to amenities, staff very accommodating nothing really, was as expected and suited my purpose, well priced.
- Kylie (5/5): Passable -
- Bango (8/5): - Fast check in great service
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erin (8/5): - Basic facilities, but clean 👌. Lovely hot water for shower. Convenient spot to stay, and parking right infront of room.
- Piotr (7/5): Good -
- John (4/5): - This property is really old and dated. Air con / heating is a central control so i could only have the room what the owner decided. Bed linen is old and shabby. Really needs an update. Terribly over priced.Go stay somewhere else.
- Michael (8/5): Enjoyable - Very quiet location next to the Mornington airport - never heard a plane while we were there. 10kms to Mornington thru farmland till u get to the racecourse and the throb of a popular seaside town.
A lot closer to Hastings which was interesting to explore before heading down to Pt Leo and Flinders past wineries some other little tourist gems.
Rooms are basic but clean and cheaper than wots around - I’d stay again.
- Colin (7/5): Good -
- Peter (10/5): Convenient to visit relatives - Clayton. Room, easy access to rooms, ample parking
- Miles (4/5): Not the best I've ever stayed in would not recommend it to anyone who I know. - Cannot think of anything that I really did like. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor boards..Plus you could hear everything the room next to us was talking about.
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- O'donnell (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angrej (10/5): Exceptional - Nice
- John (6/5): An adequate place to stay for a couple of days fishing trip to Westernport - Close to where we wanted to be and a quiet location. Plenty of room to park the boat trailer. The beds need replacing last century but other wise clean.
- Julian (7/5): It was what we needed - Location next to aerodrome It is getting old but ok
- Rito (8/5): Very good - It was very easy and helpful and reliable
- Andew (7/5): nice area, bit down market but very functional, warm rooms with no drafts.. -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Filliponi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Matthew (10/5): Great place, great value - Ladies at the desk were fun and engaging. Space was great! Played hockey in the carpark in the morning.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Niel (10/5): Exceptional - Very good for what I needed. I went for a wedding and this was near to the reception. I knew I wouldn't be in motel very long, so this was fantastic for what I needed. I didn't like anything. It is great value for money.
Yes, it is getting a bit dated, but there's nothing wrong with that.
- Liesl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynette (6/5): The place was clean. A very basic motel - Staff were very helpful No water pressure in the shower.
- Jo (8/5): Affordable and close enough to everything - Affordable clean and great service only the location but it worked for us
- John (7/5): Good -
- Mark (8/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Roger (3/5): In general a tired and depressing places around a rickety small outdoor - N/a Facilities less than adequate
Toilet bowl broken around rim in 2 places
Toilet did not flush properly . Shower drained very slowly toilet paper dispenser broken, toilet brush holder rusty
However when I rang staff to request fresh towel and extra tea and coffee on day 2 they did deliver it to the room politely
2 thin towels only supplied for 2 people for 2 days - no hand towel or face washer @
No shampoo conditioner body lotion
Rooms not serviced due to lack of staff
Cups small - mugs would be better
Bed quite soft and unsupported
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (6/5): A one night only - N/a The sheets were very very thin, almost felt "threadbare". Considering the price of quality sheets bought in bulk these days, it would be a good investment.
- kay (10/5): - Their amenities need checking with each stay. We only had 2 cups and 1 plate for 3 people. Apart from that everything was good.
- Debbie (6/5): - The rooms are a bit tired. Could only get put of bed on one side. No shampoo or conditioner supplied.
- Melissa (7/5): Good -
- Cynthia (8/5): It exceeded expectations, a very good place to stay - Simple, comfortable, no frills but well designed, super friendly and thoughtful staff, a great overnight place to stay
- Han (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (7/5): Good -
- James (7/5): Comfy @ quiet - No food available! All suited me myself and i
- Paul (4/5): - Very old, poorly maintained
- Paul (2/5): Not happy , sleep is needed. - The staff were great in accommodating my late arrival and also my request to change my room, the bad things that happened were thoughtless neighbours who had there tv on loud ALL night and when I changed rooms the next night different neighbours were allowing there kids to run up and down the front of everyone’s rooms screaming with no supervision till almost midnight. Very thoughtless behaviour towards other paying guests.
- Leimon (10/5): Exceptional -
