• Peter (9/5): Excellent Location for Quiet Stay - We had a 1 bed Villa. It was very comfortable, clean, spacious, wonderfully quiet, and everything in it worked. We used the kitchen and washing facilities a couple of times, and all worked perfectly. The location was perfect for us: 5 minutes walk to the supermarket; 10 minutes to the centre of town; and 15 minutes to the Jetty. Overall an excellent choice, and would happy book again. Unfortunately we found the staff member at check-in very unhelpful and unfriendly. No idea what her name was, we didn't get that far! I appreciate she was busy with a call when we arrived, so we just took the room key and headed in the direction she pointed. There was no welcome, or explanation of the other facilities on site. When I went back the next morning to ask a couple of questions (eg could I leave my luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out), she was very dismissive, and when I tried to clarify what I was supposed to do, she simply put her headset on while I was still talking to her and started to take a phone call! I was very shocked, and didn't feel comfortable to go back again. We'd had such a brilliant, welcoming cab driver to Gale Street from the Airport, that her attitude and demeanour on our arrival was quite a shock. Not quite the welcome we expected on our first visit to Busselton. I would happily stay here again, but would hope someone else was there to check us in next time.

• Baker (10/5): Spotless accommodation close to everything, what more could you want? - The location was great, walking distance to foreshore, jetty, shops, food and coffee shops. Staff were so friendly and helpful and towels were changed daily. Would definitely stay again. No complaints at all.

Booked last minute but still within staffed hours, but didn’t have the key ready when we checked in during unstaffed hours. Had to call and wait to have our keys issued.

The unit was spacious and comfortable with plenty of parking. The unit smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. On arrival the AC was on cool at 20C when it was only 19C outside. The smoke alarm beeped continually.

Ample supplies for tea and coffee making were provided along with everything you might need to fix a snack/simple breakfast ( toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery) Was a little noisy with cars parked directly outside of rooms and doors being closed/ people coming and going were quite loud. The headlights from neighbouring rooms’ cars shone into room due to gaps in the shutters. Overall it wasn’t a big problem and unless heavy curtains or blinds that covered the gaps were installed, there’s not much that could be done.

The beds are comfortable, the room is clean and the room is not too small. There was storage space as well. I was aware of this when I booked however it’s important to know there are not many cooking facilities in the room.

AAA+ !!! - The staff were amazing, vehicle access was easy, secure compound for parking, rooms were extremely confortable, cleanliness was next level !!! Centrally located to access the beach, jetty and town centre. We couldn't stay longer !!! It was hard to find fault with anything, it was truly a diamond in the rough !!!

Reinigung über die ganze Woche fand nur 1x statt und scheinbar auch nur, weil wir danach gefragt haben. Großbaustelle direkt neben unserem Zimmer, wo ein Haus gebaut wurde. Kühlschrank sehr laut. Klimaanlage macht laute Geräusche so als ob eine Waschmaschine laufen würde. Schlechte Lichtverhältnisse, ungemütliches Licht.

People arriving after the office (which is within the gated area) is closed, mistakenly assume it to be the office door and knocked on our door. Not ideal when you are relaxing.

Well I’m not sure because we didn’t even get to stay in the accommodation we paid for! Instead we got put in a motel where I’m pretty sure was previously a brothel all because I’m pretty sure these idiots had double booked us!! The place I originally booked was $260 a night and the other motel (owned by the original motel) was 190$ a night and until I asked the manager for our money back she tried to claim she paid for us to stay in the other hotel out of her own pocket!! Massive scam do not book here. Also the wifi didn’t work!! This has happened to someone else 5 months ago. Shitty shitty experience
