- Kumara (9/5): We will come back. Worth for money. - We originally booked a cabin that turned out to be smaller than we expected. Thankfully, the wonderful team at reception noticed this and realised we might not be comfortable. They kindly offered us a much better cabin for just a little extra cost. It made such a difference to our stay, and we truly appreciated their help. Thank you to the lovely couple at reception — you were amazing! 😊 Concreate slab just in front of the cabin. Other than that, overall site is very clean.

- Gina (8/5): Clean but small - The cabin was clean and comfy. We are a family of 5 and the cabin was small so it was a tight squeeze with not much room for luggage. The wifi wasnt great. We booked a pet friendly cabin but there was a small additional cost to bring your pet which we were not aware of. We could not find the light switch for the main bedroom so we just used the bedside lamps!

- Tina Louise (7/5): Pleasant - fit the brief of what we were after - Affordable and an overnighter. - Clean and serviceable and affordable Cabin was small and small ensuite, window outlook was to the maintenance shed. However the cabin was affordable and serviceable for what we paid, clean. Cooking electric hotplate was old and dusty in cupboard. We really only needed the room for an overnighter to attend a concert in area so were not after a luxury stay. NOTE: Bed was broken in middle with a strut gone, basic double bed we did not find a comfortable sleep.

We paid for a deluxe family room but as soon as I said we also booked with a dog we were put in something that was not deluxe and closer to a dog kennel. This unit was appalling. Outdated facilities inside, stinky, not cleaned properly, falling apart as soon as I opened a blind it fell to the ground. Broken picture on wall, padlock opening on bathroom door and door wouldn't close, rusted accessories and the unit is on an angle its not even level. The air con was non existent didnt even cool the room. Tried to cook on stove elements didnt heat up enough. It was tolerable for a head on the bed but will never go back or recommend to anyone.

- Sarah (1/5): Absolutely revolting, unhygenic and filthy. - I cannot say anything positive about our experience at this accommodation. It was unhygienic, uninhabitable and smelled strongly of urine in the bathroom which made it very undesirable. The cleanliness (or lack of) in the cabin (number 25). It smelled terribly like urine, and despite giving the managers two opportunities to rectify the issue, the aroma was clearly a long term matter where a mop and an intense amount of cleaning product was insufficient. We chose to stay elsewhere and requested a refund, causing our holiday plans to be disrupted, wasting our time, and causing a serious ick factor that other people will likely experience the same issue. I found it an overall disgusting and disappointing experience and sincerely hope the management rectify this before moving forward with other guest bookings.

There wasn’t clear signage out the front to indicate that it was the place I was looking for, coming from a different state it was a little confusing to know it was the place I was looking for.

- Guest (10/5): It was clean and comfortable with all needs met, plus staff were very nice and extremely helpful. - The room was very clean, so was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and well made, the towels set out for every person. The pool area and BBQ area were very nice and accessible. I can't say there was anything I didn't really like. Overall it was a pretty good stay, maybe a few cleaning supplies for the BBQ area and more then just pool noodles.

Check in requirements we were specific but unfortunately we got stuck in traffic and meant we were going to arrive 3 hours after check in closed. She said she will wait for us but weather was so bad we didn’t get there till 5 hours later around 10:30pm. They were so lovely and accommodating. We stayed the night and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our fur baby was also allowed to stay with us at a small fee. There specific rules for them as well which we were also fine with. We had taken our dog bed along for road trip so she slept in that (pets are allowed in cabins just not on beds and furniture). Everything is provided and sufficient. Each cabin has its own parking as well just outside. We felt safe and I highly recommend staying here.

- Sofia (5/5): Passable - It was Clean. Sink, fridge and small desk. Bed was comfortable, but a bit small. Tiny one room caravan with no private bathroom or proper air-conditioning didn't meet the expectations of $110/night. Couldn't even stay in the room during the day because it was in direct sun and poorly ventilated due to two of the windows being nailed shut, causing it to become quite hot and stuffy inside. Also a random ledge on one side of the room at perfect head bashing height, but that could probably be rectified be changing the direction of the bed. Also couldn't connect to the WiFi even though i had the password.
