• Lawrence (8/5): Good location, pleasant autumn surroundings and thoroughly enjoyed the cat inspecting the room! - We were puzzled why our room hadn't been cleaned as in the bathroom bins and facewasher not replaced with a clean one. However, we did enjoy ourselves and thought overall the inclusions were very good.

Peaceful and quiet right on the edge of the main streets of Armidale... with an aldi across the street !! Everything is good

Nothing comes to mind. The facilities matched my expectation of the circa 1970's of this establishment.

• Bryan (6/5): disappointing - didn’t like dodgy electrical work beside bed and sewer smell in bathroom. both of which may not have been manager’s fault but they should have known . also no working a/c was not in their favour, again possibly not their fault but as a tradie I have doubts. bed was also soft and sagging into the middle not very comfortable
