- Jim (6/5): Good accomodation, badly let down by frustrating unstaffed electronic reception. - Accomodation was excellent. No reception to help with arrival. Relying on technology to gain entry to the lockbox that holds the key failed miserably. Not just for us, but other arrivals as well. Frustratingly, we were all wandering around trying to figure out where to park and how to get in as the email attachment wouldn’t open. Over the phone instructions were not great. Next time I’ll stay where they don’t skimp on staff. They also forgot to put towels in our room, resulting in yet another phone call. A water pipe somewhere in the building thumped annoyingly throughout the night. The garage allotted to us wasn’t big enough to accommodate our vehicle, resulting in not being able to close the garage door which opened onto the street.

- Jill (6/5): Terrible apart from the cleaning staff who were so helpful upon my arrival. - I’ve stayed in another unit of this accommodation previously but this time was in the Master bedroom. Location, parking and cleaning staff were all excellent. Breakfast supplies were adequate and communal area very pleasant. Faulty plumbing in bathroom causing hammering in pies with loud noise and vibration resulting in water from toilet bowl to splash up out of toilet bowl onto seat and the associated noise whenever this occurred /all day and night even when toilet was not being used. Reported to property on 2 separate occasions via SMS number provided on booking on Saturday and again Sunday and reported 2 times by phone calls one taken by reservations who said they would get property managers to call me back (Saturday) and second call on Sunday when I was checking out and told property managers would call me back. I had no sleep on Saturday night as noise was consistently happening and noisy even with toilet door closed. I did not like the fact that after 4 attempts to contact property managers, I have still not received any contact from them at all. I was due to return to Perth on Sunday but was so tired I only drove as far as Bunbury where I had to find another night’s accommodation costing me another $150 plus missing a full day off work today. Their customer relations = zero and I won’t be returning there again due to their lack of interest.

I am always disappointed when i can't get in. The drain flooded in the storm so I had to take my shoes off to walk to the front door because the water was ankle deep 😂 it didn't affect my stay but was very funny.

- Christopher (8/5): Enjoyed the stay. Well located for visiting the local attractions. - Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. Location was also good, though it was a fairly long walk to the jetty and centre of town. No dislikes at all. Very clean and tidy.
- Josh (8/5): Unlucky timing, but overall decent - The facility was good overall. Liked the shower. It is a modestly dated house on the main highway. 1. There was road work outside, which made it an adventure to access the property as the road was blocked about 500m in both directions around the house. This probably won't impact anyone now, but it wasn't communicated until the day of arrival. We might have chosen another option. 2. The wifi didn't work. Maybe this was a result of the roadwork? I reported it to the property, but they never bothered to reply, so I can't be sure. Never saw any staff, so if you want a low-touch experience, this is it.

Definitely need to get someone to do a good clean up outside there are a lot of spider webs, on all the seating, my husband got a bite from something. Just a small point, we didn't realize the back rooms have their own kitchen/lounge so that could be explained better, especially regards locking doors at night, we weren't sure about them needing to come in!

Exceptional, with spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area. The master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Our key did not fit the sliding door to the patio but that did not hinder us, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio furniture to relax and enjoy our BBQ dinner among the well cared for garden. Large variety on offer for a great breakfast! The lounge was comfortable with excellent viewing of large TV.

The bedding was poor. Sheets were not up to standard and how do you make a queen bed with a double bed Doona that only came 3/4 up the bed. We had to get the spare light blanket and place on the bed.

- Jennifer (6/5): Although it was clean, in a good location close to all amenities, we were a bit disappointed. - Cleanliness. Very impersonal for a bed and breakfast. Was expecting to at least meet a person who would explain the set up and not much information or signs. No individual air conditioning in rooms. Warm and humid first night and extremely cold 2nd night. No instructions on how to adjust temperature or if allowed to adjust as other occupants in the house.

- Timothy (4/5): One to be avoided - Not much. Location was OK, but main road traffic noise was a problem. Some unwashed pillow cases and the duvet cover too. Unusable frying pans in the kitchen (photos available). Curtains hanging from rails in at least 3 rooms (photos available). Plates in the kitchen looked like a selection from the local Salvo's shop. "Breakfast" = cereals, bread, yoghurt, tea, coffee, some fruit, and butter (left out of the fridge all day). Appears to be relying on historic (2019 . . .) reviews, which do not appear to reflect current status. Would we recommend it. Absolutely not !

- Marina (10/5): Fabulous homely places to stay - Fabulous quiet place to stay. Big roomy areas inside and all the facilities you need. Books games desk and delicious breakfast supplies. Nothing
- Susan (3/5): Way way over priced even taking into consideration the event - Location Filthy windows, blinds need updating, could not open windows without dislocating your shoulder, they need cleaning, gardens need some upkeep, fridge was dirty in room, did not believe the advertisement was honest to what you got. WAY WAY OVERPRICED
- San (8/5): Very nice place to stay if you like to make your own breakfast - A very nice place to stay. Very well equipped kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. Nice breakfast room. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good parking. I did not like the location on a busy commercial street. Some restaurants are on walking distance, but mostly a car is needed.
- Debby (8/5): Great would come back - Loved how clean everything was and the fact that we had a full kitchen and lounge room available to us The breakfast was great The sheets I have to mention as they wer e so soft It was confusing when I arrived as I couldn’t find Room 1 I didn’t realise it was inside the unit I was worried there were shoes at the door I didn’t get the set up until I saw the numbers on the doors

- Roberto (8/5): A quick expensive stay - Great , comfortable and spacious house with all inclusive. I didn’t know or read ahead that this was a shared house with other people. My room was great and the house and lucky the people were ok but I wasn’t aware of this.
- Jennifer (8/5): Great location with breakfast provided! - Property is centrally located and easy to get to Busselton foreshore, although as it is on Busselton highway there is a lot of road noise, so just be prepared. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and lots of seating options. It was lovely to have coffee, tea and some breakfast food provided too. The place is great and we had a couple of lovely other guests in the house while we were there for the weekend. However, for us booking the triple suite for 6 people, it is not clear that the accommodation is shared with another couple. It was not a problem and there is room (kitchen is a bit tight at meal times), but just be aware you are only booking the wing that the bedrooms are in, everywhere else is shared space with another couple.

- Andrew (3/5): Not good - Not much we liked It was outdated. Breakfast was awful. It is a shared house which wasn’t disclosed. Quote a long walk from the town.

- Doug (7/5): Overall it was good value for money, however could have been much better if it wasn’t for the light issue. - It was very comfortable and clean. After getting off to sleep, I was woken up before midnight by someone switching the main bright light on in the adjacent bedroom which shone straight into my eyes. Needs better blinds to prevent this from happening.
