• Vicky (1/5): Very Disappointing lack of importance information - We didn't get chance to see the accommodation as it was unreachable via road No easily visible information to say this accommodation is on an island that requires limited ferries back and forth. Staff very unhelpful and not one bit understanding to our dilemma once we realised we couldn't get to the island

• Kellie (8/5): Nice for a weekend - The room was clean and tidy with all the required facilities. The pool was clean and comfortable as well. It was a decent location, walking distance to the jetty, beach, cafe, restaurant and bar. My room was fairly quiet which was nice. Not having luggage storage, as a single person without a car, will likely prevent me from booking again. I basically lost a whole day on Sunday because I had to check out at 10am and had no where to store my luggage. Surely there is a somewhere on site you can facilitate this? We are encouraged not to bring cars to the island, so where else can it be left? If you could provide a room or lockers (I'd be happy to pay) near reception with a door code that you can give to guests who wish to leave luggage (at their own risk) this would make things a lot more convenient and appealing to book again.
• Scott (8/5): Excellent - The room was well equipped and we were able to walk to the beach and cafes, we will be back. The fold out sofa bed was pretty rough, but they always are, but we knew that going in, so next time we will book earlier

• Lou (8/5): Clean and tidy apartments with a nice little pool. - Very clean and tidy! Nice little pool, cute location full of native birds - we saw families of curlews and kookaburras. Nothing to not like! Wish we’d remembered to bring things like alfoil etc, but that’s on us.
• Stacey (10/5): This was our 3rd time staying here and will definitely be back again. - The location to the beach, the wild life, very quiet, the self contained apartments were very spacious, lots of beds. We love the big dining table to all sit for our meals together. The BBQ, pool and facilities were all clean.

• joan evans (10/5): mybdaughter summed it up when we got back to Melbourne, BEST family holiday ever - It was a family holiday, my daughter, husband and 3 girls stayed next door in a 2 brm, I had a studio next door, PERFECT- my son and his wife stayed in another 2 brm nearby I cant think of anything, it was the perfect family holiday destination, 3 star not opulent, but we did nt expect that, but so clean and spacious - we loved it
• Nemeth (10/5): Very pleasant stay at Seminara - This place is secret paradise. Don’t tell anyone! Well equipped kitchen, clean facilities. Not a 5star but it has everything you need for a good break. Very good value for money. It is an old hotel but clean.

• Paul (9/5): we had a wonderful time and will certainly return. - For anyone looking for peace and relaxation, Coochiemudlo Island is a wonderful destination, there are no ambulance/police sirens or hoons driving at high speed, just occasionally you can hear the vehicular barge arriving or departing, depending on wind direction. Other than that there is just the sound of the birds. The Seminara apartments are also situated in a very quiet corner of the island but still with easy access to the beach and jetty and the self-contained units are well equipped and comfortable. The free wifi is only available near the reception building and not at all in the units. We were unsure whether this is a bad thing or not, especially when considering Australia's social media ban for under 16s; we imposed our own social media ban on ourselves. For anything which would use a lot of data like a video call, it's easy enough to walk across to the reception where there was an excellent 5G network. The TV is also very limited, but then who wants to sit in front of the TV when you're on Coochiemudlo.

• Jayson (10/5): Really peaceful enjoyable place we felt at home, the beach was a very short walk amd a beautiful location and will be ba - Really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the pool was absolutely perfect, Internet connection was a little poor but it didn’t do us any harm to just walk outside and it worked no problem

No, doona on beds just sheets got down to 6 deg .There were blankets in the cupboard, but that's not the point Sofa bed had no sheets, and I had asked for 2 beds Warning about pre booking the car ferry Friday afternoon needs at least 1 week in advance as residents return home .we only got a last minute cancellation. The ferry only has 6 spots .

The whole place was busy Why not leave it out by pool so we know we can use it ? Only 3 toilet rolls left for 4 days.. One towel each ... and then the charge of $35 for extra linen .

Management also happy to allow small boat to stay on site and made check in / check out a breeze. A little further from main beach than we would have liked but we chose to stay here for the accommodation and amenities. Would absolutely return.

• Jodie (4/5): Disappointing - It was nice and quiret and it had plenty of room and it had a good kitchen the pool was lovely There was heaps of durt and dust through out the unit. The shower was extremely low and a very small bath tub. The toilet seat was not right for the toilet bowl. The microwave keeped rocking it was not stable. The bed side tables and draws had all draws removed and where turned around one of the lounges where broken and the pitchers you could see had been damaged and just hung back up. And there was only the one bin bag provided.

All communication including getting WiFi access depended on having an active mobile phone, as an overseas visitor this was annoying. The air conditioner does not respond to the remote and only just managed to keep the room cool. There is a dangerous 2 cm step up into the bathroom that catches bare toes.
