- Scott (8/5): - It's a nice, straightforward motor inn and motel. The rooms are large though a little noisy in terms of generic ambient sounds (water in the pipes, etc) but if you're not a light sleeper, it's good value for the price. Well situated.

- kevindS2735FV (6/5): Comfortable enough but could do with a website upgrade - Stayed at the Bell tower for no other reason than it was closest to the car museum,I think it has been taken over recently but the website certainly has not been updated. I expected breakfast, but no. Rooms were certainly spacious and large but with 70s decor . Pool and kids play area , but at least on this weekend it was quite noisy and had to remind people to keep it down a bit. Certainly cheap, but i think popular with groups coming up for weddings etc.No cafe nearby , so its in the car and off to a shopping centerfor something to eat

- Irene (10/5): Wonderful stay at Bell Tower, Shepparton - This has been a great overnight stay in Shepparton. I can recommend Bell Tower as an enjoyable and comfortable motel. The welcome at the reception desk was easy with no forms to fill in and we got the key and headed towards our room. It is a spacious area, much bigger than our last place in Dubbo. It is tastefully decorated and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. Good quality teas and coffee, and fresh milk in fridge. Room comes with kitchenette with cutlery, crockery, microwave and electric jug.

Very clean and comfortable bedding including extra pillows and blankets. Close to a number of restaurants including the Shepparton club that also offers a shuttle bus.

Used condom packet in bottom of bin, Bathroom tiles mouldy, Fridge top not cleaned, fridge seal split and full of gunk. Dust accumulated on top of bathroom tiles. Hunting knife found above door way. Used tissue under bed side table. Carpet dusty in non traffic areas. Noisy. Honestly we didn't want to touch anything. Nothing sanitised.

- kimbykim (4/5): Would not stay here again. - Room is a good size with a comfortable bed and parking at the door. Furniture and room is very old and dated and really could use with a makeover. Bathroom old and disgusting. Had a really strong mould smell and then when looking at the walls and shower. The upper walls were covered in mould. It was also mouldy in the shower. The smell was that bad. It nearly made me vomit. I did contact the owners and requested a change of room which they did . The next room was still had a mould smell in the bathroom but nowhere near as bad as the first room. Pretty good location but would definitely not stay there again.

Great price for the room which included a mini fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of coffee and tea with ceramic mugs. Will definitely stay here again next time I stay in town and recommend others to do the same!

Very affordable for our two night stay with great communication along the way by Sonny. The beds were super comfy, pillows and bedding were clean and cosy, the shower was strong and hot and it was well equipped with tea and coffee supplies, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini bar fridge. If you love exposed brick and a homely retro feel, I would happily recommend.

- E2075HCmelissac (4/5): Don’t let the reviews make your decision like I did. - Disappointed is an understatement. We started off to a rocky start, we were given room 9 on check in; all seemed well until I went to use the toilet. I opened the bathroom door to be hit with an overpowering smell of urine. We headed down to reception and the lady was lovely, she found us another room (room 11). We hoped that would be the end of it…we were wrong. We both were woken at around 4:30am to an unusual scratching/chewing noise. We got up to investigate and noticed it seemed to be coming from the fridge. I pulled the fridge forward to see 2-3 pieces of burnt toast, a make up blender, a cosmetic cleaner and multiple dead cockroaches. Whilst I couldn’t work out if the scratching/chewing was from cockroaches alone I certainly wouldn’t be surprised if there was a mouse there too. The decorative cushion on the bed was also placed dirty side down and had brown marks on it. We hoped we could discuss these issues on check out at 9am only to find the reception locked and unattended. We even tried to not only e-mail but send a message through the chat function on google. We’re yet to get a response; so when I received a generic “we hope you enjoyed your stay and it was to a high standard, please leave us a review etc” you can bet I leapt at the opportunity to warn others. We also noted as we left that morning they hadn’t hesitated to give room 9 to another unsuspecting traveller as they’d gone in to start making the bed. Clearly more concerned with making money.

DODGY SCAMMERS.. READ OTHER FEEDBACK..DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING FOR THIS MOTEL!

Rooms are average size queen bed, 2 seater couch and dining at a bench against the wall. Toilet and shower area is small and tight and bit light on for water pressure. Unfortunately only has one sink in kitchenette area that you have to use as bathroom sink not ideal. Queen bed was comfy bed and clean. Split system heating and cooling. Small TV and has microwave with cutlery for 2.

I have been to this motel for business at least 6 times and have always been very content when I have left. The beds are very comfy!

- beauieboy (10/5): Bell Tower Motor Inn Shepparton, a great place to stay - Having booked 'on line' with only web site images my wife and I had no particular expectations about Bell Tower. It did however look good and the reviews were positive. Lindsay on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. On entering our (extremely) spacious two room unit my wife and I were amazed at the quality and presentation. Well lit, tastefully furnished and equipped with tea/coffee making toaster and iron together with cutlery, plates and glasses microwave, it certainly reflected the owner/operated attention to detail. Light or full cooked breakfast was available in our room which was a pleasant surprise. Sue on the desk in the morning was extremely helpful explaining some of the 'must do' things in this prosperous city. Bell Tower is an excellent option in Shepparton.

We also loved the castle theme - a little bit of extra fun. Sue and her team went above and beyond assisting us with advice on places to visit as well as offering us an upgraded room that would better suit our needs for the trip. She also kept us updated on any extra vacant rooms for more of our group. Fabulous customer service and hospitality! Thank you for having us stay with you!
