- Emma (9/5): - Everything was nice and relaxed. Cabin was clean and the aircon worked well
- Caroline (7/5): -
- Ashani (10/5): - Kids loved the pool. Location was very convenient. Cabin facilities were adequate and clean. Worth for money.
- David (10/5): - Evey single thing Closing the pool at 8 when it's still 35 degrees.
- Jennifer (10/5): Modern, clean and great location - We stayed in one of the cabins at the front and it was lovely and clean. Easy parking, great location would definitely stay again.
- Patricia (9/5): Great place to stay - quick bus trip to Adelaide. - Fantastic location. Bus at the door to Adelaide. Walking tracks along the river behind the Holiday Park. Easy walk into Walkerville either by the river tracks or along the road, to Woolworths, cafes, etc. Friendly & helpful staff.
We stayed in a studio cabin that had all the necessities. A set a drawers would have been useful to store clothing.
- Warick (10/5): Very easy stay in a well appointed unit. - Location, cleanliness, peaceful surroundings. All was great.
- David (9/5): -
- Isabella (10/5): -
- Walmsley (7/5): Loved the location by the river in the Torrens cabin but it just needs a little work done on the inside. - The location of the cabin within the park. The cabin is tired and could do with a bit of sprucing up. Cupboard door handles were broken and the vinyl was ripped in parts. The bathroom was very small.
- Ledgardannemarie (10/5): - Clean and comfortable accommodation
- Wanda (10/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): I loved my little stay at the Levi Caravan Park. I will definitely stay there again. - Great location. The cabin was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower spacious with a great shower! Right next to the River Torrens. I walked into the city and it was a beautiful walk. Nothing to dislike.
- cc108192881273c732189ba160783fd3 (9/5): - We’ve stayed there quite a few times, never had any problems and were always happy with it. This time was no exception.

- 6ddbd75e7d047312f5864b1cb277fea0 (8/5): - Comfortable beds Very small cabin
- Meg (10/5): -
- Donna (9/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Great location - will be staying again - The location was amazing - so close to everything and yet felt like we were in a bush retreat. Unfortunately ants were inside the cabin when we checked in. The rains did not help, but would have been good to not have that issue.
- Jessica (8/5): - Park was in a great area
- Branko (8/5): Nice place in a handy central location - Great location and good facilities, helpful staff, good free parking directly in front of the unit bed was a bit too soft, and many units were experiencing an ant problem. office gave us a can of spray to deal with the ants
- Michele (6/5): Good for one night - Friendly staff. Beautiful location. It was quiet at night. Loved the balcony looking over the river walking trails. Good aircon The cabin smelled musty. It was a bit dusty inside and the verandah could do with a good clean. Lots of cobwebs. No plug or stopper for bathroom sink...just a hole
- Pauline (10/5): - The location was fantastic … so close to the city but next to a beautiful park
The cabin was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed
- Deborah (7/5): -
- michelle (9/5): - I didn't have breakfast, the grounds were awesome i like the old trees and the historical building that was donated by the family. the sense of nature with all the birds and parks that are around that was very tranquil. it is only a short walk to the shop. it is in a good neighbourhood there is a bit of noise from the traffic and also from planes, other than that is was great
- Bruce (7/5): It was what we expected because we have been here before. - Location A bit 'squeeze' but for the actual size of the cabin not much more could be done.
- Freckles (9/5): Repeat customer! - The bed in our cabin was amazingly comfortable, I slept so well. The Riverside location is fantastic. We stayed in an older style cabin which was fine, but if you want fancy and new, choose one of the newer cabins.
- Isabella (10/5): Awesome - Beautiful and quiet. Close to public transport Nothing
- Nicolle (7/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): Excellent stay, convenient location for our needs & great value - The pool was amazing! Great location and easy to enter & exit. Quite a lot of bull ants around
- Em (10/5): -
- Caleb (10/5): - Lovely place to stay!
Great location!
- Trasden (10/5): - Excellent location, quiet, clean and friendly
- John (9/5): Very comfortable. - Good location with well presented cabin.
- Daniela (9/5): Quiet, safe, friendly and convenient to the bus. - Studio cabin was well appointed, and convenient to parking. There is a bus stop on the road outside the Park. The 281 bus will take you into North Terrace. The walking track along the river is an added bonus for morning runs.
- melissa (7/5): Good location dated cabin - Location Bunk bedroom very small dirty carpet
- kimberly (10/5): -
- josephina (10/5): - Dichtbij de city, busstop voor het park. Heerlijk zwembad en superschoon verblijf! Genoten Niks
- terry (6/5): - The beds to soft, everyone I spoke to agreed. Very bad I had to put pillows under the mattress
- Sue (9/5): A quiet calming place to stay, great loction to all that Adelaide has to offer - Park cabin was clean, Bright and spacious. Grounds where clean and well looked after. A great place to relax felt as if you were in a small town while only being 10 minutes from centre of Adelaide. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect during our stay
- Madeleine (9/5): Beautiful place outside the city. Would be fantastic for any type of traveller from camping to cabin - Beautiful location amongst trees and wildlife. The park accommodates for multiple needs, eg camping, caravan, cabins, studios. The cabin we had was well equipped, had a lovely balcony and large kitchen. Good facilities for washing and also had a little shop. The pool was pleasant and well located. Quiet, peaceful, even saw a koala!
We chose Levi Holiday Park to stay in while going to the Ashes Test, a half hour trip to the Oval but very easy to navigate. Friendly staff in the little shop. The cabin was a bit dated and could do with an upgrade, however was within my budget. There were quite a lot of insects in the room when we first arrived but weren't bothersome and dissipated. Beware of the hissing ducks! :)
- Chris (10/5): -
- Brett (9/5): Clean and tidy . Had everything i need for 2 night stay -
- howard (10/5): - N/a
- Xenarios (7/5): - Nearly close to the city center, walking distance through a footpath The cabins are a bit shabby and outdated
- Sarah (9/5): -
- John (8/5): Great budget stop close to the City. - I was staying to watch the cricket for 5 days and the location was perfect with excellent public transport. The room was spacious and clean and met all my needs Nothing really. The flush on the loo was a bit too strong and would splash a little on the floor.
- Caroline (10/5): -
- Nicolle (8/5): -
- Debra (7/5): -
- Shikarne (10/5): Have a great time. - Friendly staff, Excellent service. Nil
- Bob (3/5): Disappointed, I can accept old and tired but not filthy. - The location was convenient We had a cabin which was very dated and tired, but the biggest problem was that it was absolutely disgusting, had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Dust and dirt everywhere, but the worst part is that partner reached into the bedside table at night and there found someone else’s dirty underwear. Absolutely disgusting, made us not want to touch anything!
- Keith (8/5): A nice comfortable place to stay. - Excellent location. Cabin wad a good size. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good camp kitchen. The screen door on the cabin wouldn't close. The screen door in the shower would open when showering. Need better cleaning products to clean the bbq.
- Sandro (8/5): -
- Desiree (10/5): -
- Sally (9/5): A great family friendly park that we love returning too. - Location and family friendly facilities Needs more shade over the pool. More supervision needed at the pool or staff to walk past during busy periods as there were many kids who were quite rough and not respectful of other people who were enjoying themselves, even though the parents of these kids were sitting around the pool area drinking.
- Dale (8/5): Very good. Will use them again. - Location was great, facilities were excellent. We were working full time during our stay.
Four days is a long stay with no room service, clean towels etc.
- Jessica (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone. The only improvements that I would suggest is have enough - Loved the cabin that overlooked the Torrens. Grounds were maintained and pool was great. Loved that our family got to see a koala in the gumtree out the front of the property. Such a special experience for my children as we don’t get wild Koalas in WA. Bed was uncomfortable but that’s just a personal preference on firmness on the bed.
- NZ Oscar (9/5): -
- Kylie (9/5): Lovely caravan park and was a lovely stay - The park itself was amazing and the cabin was clean The beds were on the hard side so sleep wasn’t the best
- Kwan Wah (8/5): - The cabins were new
- Niss (10/5): Highly Recommended!!! 10/10 - Absolutely amazing stay at Levi Adelaide Holiday Park. Super friendly staff that are always ready to help. Small Dog friendly. Beautiful layout with pool. Clean apartments and grounds. Highly recommended.
- Zixian (10/5): -
- Heidz (5/5): It's OK would stay again if they put in a bit more effort. - Park itself is a great location, bus stop close by. Beds were comfy.
Cabin was accommodating for 6 people.
Good size communal kitchen with ovens that we used as none in the cabins. Permanents constantly parking in your assigned parking space beside your cabin, then use attitude when you come back. Numerous times they felt they could park there, yet we were told strictly only 1 vehicle at our assigned location.
Bunk bed mattresses were super thin and not comfortable for adults. Fine for children. Constant septic smell in the cabin from the moment we arrived and went through the entire cabin.
Cat food sachet and dog treats left in the cupboard, iceblocks and bag of ice in freezer, obviously from last people to stay so not cleaned properly.
Limited cooking utensils/pots in the cabin to use to cook with.
Nowhere to hang towels for 5 people.
- Pansy (8/5): - Kids loved the pool. Great location, close to walking trail and shops. New kettle as the element in the provided kettle had seen better days. Used the pot to boil water so wasn't too much of an issue for us
- Tom Aardenburg (9/5): -
- Deb (9/5): -
- McVeigh (9/5): -
- Christine (10/5): -
- Nel (9/5): -
- Valerie (9/5): Great place to stay - convenient and great location - The location is great - well located in Walkerville, easy bus ride to city but also near the Torrens for pleasant walks in bush-like setting.
The studio I stayed in was very comfortable
- Christine (10/5): - Clean and tidy, quiet Nothing
- mike (9/5): -
- Igor (10/5): Totally would stay again, very comfortable, clean and quiet - Cabin had everything we needed and the aircon was great No fan in second bedroom- daughter was very hot at night
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Narelle (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): Look forward to revisiting. Again and again - The property exceeded any expectation. Staff were helpful and friendly- above and beyond. Cleanliness and amenities were first class Location was simply sublime, so close to city and attractions and at the same time tranquil, quiet and naturally beautiful. The creek and walking trails in beautiful urban parkscape, it’s definitely my new happy place in Adelaide
- Megan (10/5): Home away from home - Great location with easy access to the CBD.My husband and I stayed in a cabin and were delighted to have a small kitchen.
The communal laundry facilities were clean and efficient.
- Freer (9/5): -
- Jittima (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Very good location, quiet, clean. The cabin has everything you need. Very good value for money.
- McCrow (7/5): - Outlook. Location. Easy gate access. Peaceful & quiet. Small for even 2. Steps hard to see in the dark. In need of an update.
- James (10/5): -
- Jade (8/5): -
- Jade (8/5): -
- Louise (8/5): Great place, affordable, clean, great location - Facilities were great and located in a convenient place The double bed in the cabin wasn't great. However everything else was good.
- Vitali (10/5): Adelaide? More like Comfy-beds-were-laid - It was close enough to downtown Adelaide without being too busy. Also it is a gated community so feels a bit more private. The bed was very comfortable and it's easy to spend a lot of time in the spacious room (and bed)
- Schantelle (8/5): Central gem with scenic views - Loved the location. Nestled on the river bank between the trees.
- Coombe (3/5): -
- Victor (9/5): - Great price and facilities. Good and helpful communication with staff for late check in. There were ants in the cabin, pest control could be improved.
- Kathryn (10/5): -
- Lee (8/5): - Scenery and pathways for walking
- Michael (8/5): - Staff engagement on arrival and departure.
- Danny (7/5): -
- Karen (9/5): For us a good place to stay. Always clean and great staff. - Clean, good location, quiet, great staff.
- Peter Kenyon (10/5): -
- Kelli & Mark (9/5): Surprisingly nice - It was unexpected nice little park with a nice view of the river Was a good
- Joan (10/5): Great comfortable stay, would book again. - Very clean, modern, comfortable accommodation. We settled in very well and there was everything we needed for our two-week stay. Friendly, professional staff, and the mid-stay change of linen/towels, and cleaning with replenishment of tea/coffee/biscuits was excellent. Delicious muffins can be bought from the reception!
Walkerville is a beautiful town by the Torrens River with a great Woolworths supermarket and all other amenities you might need. The bus to the city is right outside the Holiday Park and runs regularly. Walking along the River is beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.
- Arlaha (8/5): - Location was good
- Paula (9/5): Great spot, relaxing close to the city - This is our 4th stay at Levi, in a variety of accommodation. The facilities are great, staff super friendly and location perfect. Nothing to dislike
