No instructions on using meile coffee machine Very dusty windowsills and bottom ranch slider frame, especially master bedroom One outdoor chair broken notified on day 1 and returned fixed in seven days Significant long term dust and grime behind cupboard outside master bedroom which was cleaned immediately on notifying. Master bedroom- white lights on wall lights -6000 K -including ensuite Bedside lamp shade broken master bedroom Keys and locking for pool and gym. Very strong rubber smell in gym.

- Daniel (10/5): Absolutely stunning and would not hesitate to go back. - Absolutely stunning apartment, worth paying the price for this over a lesser one. Amazing views from the balcony and an awesome bakery just below the building (see photo). It took us a little while to find the air con remotes and to realise that most of the remotes are used for 2 air con units. Also only a small thing but I didn’t like that the arcade machine seems to want to take coins (like who carries coins these days) I would have thought it would be set to free play in an apartment of that calibre. If this isn’t the case then a clear set of instructions needs to be provided as I couldn’t work it out and I work as a programmer and am an avid gamer.

Perched on level 12, the apartment offered panoramic ocean views from every angle, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sprawling balcony perfect for sunrise coffees. The space was luxuriously appointed with a full kitchen, generous living areas, and all the comforts of home. Just steps from Cotton Tree’s cafés, shops, and Maroochydore Beach, the location was unbeatable. A stunning penthouse stay that felt like pure coastal indulgence.

- Peter (7/5): Excellent location, and facilities, but attention to detail was lacking in the room. - The view was excellent and the pool area was well presented and very clean. the location was also perfect and quiet and close to all the amenities we needed. We had to advise that there was a horrible smell in our room when we arrived and for a couple of more days. After speaking to the relieving Manager, she came up and said she couldn't smell the same as us and it was "just like a room smell". She then came up and disinfectant the drains. This helped somewhat. Attention to detail for cleanliness was poor, with sand on dining room chairs and under the table, and balcony mat. Oven smelt of oven cleaner and old sheets on main bed with stain. We also needed additional assistance for the "casting" of apps and this was limited to only what Foxtel allows what Apps can be casted.

- Brown (8/5): Brilliant accommodation. Excellent staff. - Love the layout of the apartment as we were a party of three - a couple and a single. Living area is in the centre of the apartment and bedrooms/bathrooms on either side, so privacy assured. We are of the older generation and therefore set in our ways.Not politically or socially acceptable but we smoke. An allocated smoking area on the premises would have been appreciated.
- Russell (9/5): Superb - Great position, close to the beach, great views, very relaxing stay. The toilet was in a small room where you have to stand against the wall to close the door. The smell from the drains in the bathroom was off putting.
- W2686NMvanessam (10/5): Treat yourself - Was given a voucher to stay here . I was taken back at the cost to stay for only 4 days. Fortunately the unit was beautifully designed an well appointed. Laughed that we were so happy to have a cold water function in fridge an an enormous supply of ice. Small things by didn't go unnoticed. Managers of Beach on Sixth were amazing an would go out of thier way to help. There are fabulous coffee shops in surrounding streets. Would love to stay again but my budget just couldn't. But for if you can afford it Beaches on Sixth is a great place to stay.

We had an issue with our aircon and straight away staff were in our room resolving the issue and ended up upgrading our room with our hesitation because they couldn’t fix the aircon whilst we were there. Location was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!
