Warm bed, luxe bedding and towels. Beautiful bathtub and mini kitchen setup was perfect. A few essentials for us to enjoy like cake, eggs milk, bread, cheese, tea and coffee. Robes and slippers were extra special too.
Garden outlook. Across the road from the water and close to Cygnet town. Nothing.
- Lyn (10/5): - So welcoming. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Well provisioned- choice of cereal, yoghurt, variety of teas and coffees, crusty bread, ham, jam, fresh fruit and Eva's delicious treat.
- Lyn (10/5): - Return visit. Beautifully presented comfortable accomodation. Generous provisions for breakfast. Beate is very welcoming and caring. Eva's cakes are delicious.
- Darryl (10/5): A beautiful and relaxing stay - A wonderful apartment, with separate bedroom and nice sized kitchen and lounge area. A lovely verandah with views across to the river and beautiful gardens ! Also a very good quality hooded bbq (Ziglier & Brown) ! Nothing we could not fault anything !

- Paul (9/5): Great location for Huon Valley and surrounds. Excellent host in Beate - It was like being in our own holiday house which means you prepare your own breakfast from the well supplied larder. It was excellent for us but for those that dont like preparing your own meals and cleaning up then perhaps this is not for you. 3 large rooms plus private entrance lobby make this a place you could stay for a while if you choose the riverview room Nothing really it was perfect for a two night stay.
- Mary-Ann (9/5): Lovely property, friendly hosts. - Lovely garden and property, water view, comfortable bed, delicious food, friendly hosts.
- Trish (10/5): Just what the label says! - It was the perfect for what I travelled for, private, quiet, and calming. I had no reason to leave, everything that you could possibly want was provided. I have never seen a short stay apartment so well stocked with provisions. And they had real champagne flutes! Loved everything.
- Vivian (10/5): Apricot and Mulberry - The garden was beautiful and well maintained. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with quality furnishings. The host provided extra groceries. Very generous host with sharing eggs, fruit, and jam from her property. We even received a delicious homemade cake upon our arrival. The entire place had a homely feeling. Nothing. The place was perfect for us.

Very comfortable. Small, but well fitted.
- Alison (9/5): -
- Graeme (8/5): Quiet location, value for the money - Secluded and quiet Too far from Cygnet to be classified as Cygnet. Gardeners Bay would be more apt location
- HOPKINS (9/5): -
- Lesley (10/5): - Exceptionally comfortable, felt almost immersed in the garden.
Linen sheets which smelt so fresh.
Little extras like cake, biscuits and sweeties., Real flowers on the table.

- Kathrine (10/5): Wonderful and very special - It was so beautiful, like a home away from home with everything we needed plus more. A delicious home made cake topped off our experience. We loved the view and location, not far from Cygnet. The gardens were a delight and we felt secure with the remote lock up gates. Plenty was provided for breakfast with sour dough bread, fresh eggs and ham, yoghurt and fresh fruit. We let ourselves in with the key lock, and we weren't bothered by the owners but they were available via SMS if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa bath too, with candles provided which was romantic. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Honestly we liked everything.

The bath with a special little bottle of bath milk was a real treat. The dressing gowns were cosy and smelt lovely.
It was on a main road but unobtrusive during the day and next to nothing at night.
The bed is firm with soft pillows and gorgeous linen sheets. Everything decorated beautifully to make you feel relaxed and like you want to stay put. All lovely.
- Roberta (8/5): Great place to stay close to Cygnet and Gardners bay with a delightful outlook - Delightful garden to look out on - very comfortable living area with verandah and bed was also comfy. Being on a main road didn’t lend itself to walks in the morning which is what I enjoy .

Would - Stunning location, beautiful decor, lovely fresh breakfast provided including coffee, tea, juice, fruit ( the most amazing cherries!) Attention to detail. Privacy. Lovely, kind owner.
