- Kells (4/5): New Owners Need Training - No bedside table. TV old. Curtains were thin and did not cover window. Put pegs on for privacy but light shone through. Bed poorly made. When I adjusted the sheet found mattress cover with huge stain. Approached owner who offered to upgrade room or refund.. we were there for a function. So they remade bed. Cockroaches crawled around fridge and microwave. We had stayed with pre ious hosts and were happy there then. Has a Healthy Hotels sticker on door which would not stack up. See above

- Helen (9/5): Will stay again - Efficiency of check in was excellent! Staff were welcoming and friendly. Entire premises was neat, tidy and clean. Rooms are a great size, and they provided bottled water for free! The tap water was funky -- but they did provide bottled water to make up for it!

- Geoffrey (5/5): Great for travellers for a night stay, clean sheets and clean amenities . - The motel is not a big fancy motel, if you are passing through for a night this place ticks the boxes for basic amenities. which is what we wanted when we pass through Towoomba. no fan in the bedroom AC didn't work well either. But we didn't pay a fortune to stay there.

The motel was in a decent spot and was not far from the CBD The blankets were stained. The bathroom mat was damp the whole time and was not cleaned underneath. Not every room had a fan, where the air conditioner was in the lounge room and would only reach the rooms, with the door open

- Michael (1/5): A very disappointing stay. - There was nothing to like. *Upon checking in, we were told the room we had booked and paid for was not available. We were given a smaller room with less beds than we paid for, with no apology or offer of part refund for the smaller room with less beds. *The furniture was covered in obvious "body fluid" stains (uploading photo of couch to follow). *The pool, which was the main reason we booked the motel for, was absolutely FILTHY and slimy. The staff made an excuse that they needed to turn on the pool cleaner, but it was clear that it had been filthy for a long time, and no amount of the robotic pool cleaner choking on the filth was going to make it clean or hygienic enough to swim in. It needed proper chemical treatment and days of cleaning. Very disappointing on a blistering hot summer weekend. (uploading photo of pool too). I understand that this is a budget motel, but there's no excuse for this level of hygiene neglect and apathy of the staff.

- Lucia (2/5): - Location. Easy check in. Good shower. I liked the vintage lime green kitchen. Bathroom light broken. Air con broken. All the windows were open when I arrived late afternoon so the room was a sauna that didn’t cool down. There were sketchy people staying there and a huge fight between a couple at 11:30pm. Yelling and slamming doors. Could hear the people in the room next to me coughing all night. Could feel the mattress springs.
