The motel doesnt look anything flash from outside but it was a lovely surprise upon entering the room. Parking is very tight but there is parking on the road if car park is full.

Bonus was ,l mistakenly forget my own prized pillow behind, only realising it on approaching melbourne . Within a day ,l received a phone call advising me the pillow was found. Which a friend returned for me . A great experience, highly recommended.

Although its next to the highway, the shutter makes the night relatively quiet. We will stay again if we visit Traralgon. Prob the location is a bit away from the town. But if you have a car there is no issue. We went with our bicycles.

Comfortable bed and sofa, TV and access to movies, free WiFi, parking off street, plenty of linen and blankets, toaster, jug, lighting good, air conditioning, balcony, table , chair, good sized room for one or two people. Staff very helpful. All normal items like soap, etc present. Fluorescent light above bed in Rm 7 not working. Some ants in bathroom basin. Bathroom curtain dirty and ripped, needs replacing. Loud regular single banging from near bathroom. Table top had blistered paint. Some shower tiles at bottom of wall need replacing. Roller shutters are good for security and privacy but did little to stop the highway noise. If you are tired enough you will sleep anyway. Paint peeling on stairs and shade cloth in some areas has seen better days. Bit overpriced. No electric car charging available.

The staff were lovely to, our room was missing a remote for the tv, which they provided one for us when we asked for it. We ended up getting a remote, but the sound on the tv didn't work. We could turn the volume up and down but there was no actual sound output. About half hour after we arrived, there was someone outside the rooms running around, screaming, banging on doors and revving their motorbike. It wasn't the staffs fault, but was very disrupting and made me nervous

- Geoffrey (9/5): - Motel was in a great location being a very short drive or relaxed walk to shops. Room was clean and spacious with a high quality chair with footrest to sit in to read or watch tv. There was a good quality internet connection and plenty of plugs around the room for charging devices. I had an upstairs room with a balcony which was a great place to sit with the shelter of a large tree providing shade. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any enquiry.

A lot of dead bugs and debris built up in door tracks on inside of room. Scum and build up on shower screens. No exhaust fan or power point in bathroom. Tv remote wouldn’t work as had old batteries which we had to get replaced as soon as we turned up. I know this is a budget hotel but even the dust through the room showed little care for their cleanliness.
