• Jaime (9/5): Clean accommodation in beautiful location close to parks, beach, cafes, restaurants and shopping - Excellent location, extremely clean and well appointed. Our family had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend as it was fantastic value for money being across the road from a park and the beach. My adult children enjoyed the park swings (LOL) and had fun hiring the electric scooters. So close to excellent cafe's, restaurants and shopping! Being in the upstairs unit, the stairs were a little scary to navigate and a long way to carry luggage. The units are a little outdated but did not detract from the location and enjoyment/comfortability of stay.

• Cindy (9/5): Superb - Location fantastic as just opposite the beach. Noise from apartment above, they occupant was very noisy late at night with the furniture and the cleaner was also noisy early at 8am. The noise really echos from top level to bottom level.

• Dale7777 (9/5): A great location, very nice, comfortable unit. My unit was upstairs, with a view. - The unit was totally spotless. It was well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice view of the sea in the immediate distance. Secure parking, with your own remote, plus a pin code given. Never saw anyone from the apartment, but Helen rang to explain which unit I was in, and where my keys would be, and asked me to ring when I arrived. This all worked very well. She told me I could phone her anytime if I need anything else. She told me I could pick up towels in the laundry to use on the beach. There were hotplates and a microwave oven. It would have been nice if there was a conventional oven as well. Nothing else to complain about.

• Louise (9/5): Excellent value for money, clean, great location, easy parking. - Extremely clean, I have stayed at various apartments around Glenelg, Port Noarlunga and this is by far the cleanest. No grime whatsoever, fresh linen and clean furniture. Not tacky and not slightly worn out/ slightly grotty unlike some apartments at the same price around Glenelg, Port Noarlunga, Christies Beach etc. Quite a bit of space for one or two people. Excellent bedroom curtain that keep the light out, good air conditioner, cooking facilities including utensils that actually work. I also like that West Beach is a lot quieter than Glenelg and the beach is literally across the road. Definitely recommend a car as West Beach has less facilities than Glenelg however if you wish to lay by the beach all day a car is not required. Glenelg is the next beach over and walking distance. As is Henley. Quick responsive owner/staff who reply easily. The room I stayed in was near the back away from the road. It was good as it was quiet, could not hear the traffic. A bathroom fan would be good as you have to open the bathroom window daily and mold spores can really breed without a fan, even with opening the window. All bathrooms should have one.
• Amanda (10/5): Perfect! - Location was perfect! Directly over the road from the beach, close to some beautiful places to eat. The apartment was so comfortable, spacious and clean! The host, Helen was so accommodating and caring, a really lovely lady. Nothing, I absolutely loved it!
• Shengguo (9/5): Nice place for beach goers and sunset fans. - The location is marvellous as the beach is just opposite the street. It is a nice place to enjoy sunset if the weather is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. We encountered a rare weather of raining for days instead of sunset. That is out of hands of the property manager. Anyway there are still something else to enjoy on the beach.

• Alana (5/5): Passable - The locality opposite the beach. It was quiet. The apartment is dated. No instructions for aircon, microwave/oven. There was no outlook. I didn't see a smoke detector however there could have been one in the passageway. There was no security lock on the backdoor.
• Anita (8/5): A comfortable, clean and well-located motel by the beach. - Convenient location right by the beach, quiet, clean and comfortable with free parking. It’s a bit tired but that’s not really a negative - it’s a good old-fashioned motel. So it’s as expected and the upside is the space when compared with something more upmarket.

Many restaurants in the area. Opposite a beautiful beach and park like grassed area that went for miles along the coast. The condition of the curtains let down the rest of the attractive apartment.

We had a very noisy neighbour in Unit 1 who kept swearing & TV very loud till late. I went to do a load of washing & was happy to pay the $4 a load but realised there was no dryer & it was raining.

The only negative was that the noise from next unit at late hours of the night travelled easily through the walls. We had disturbed sleep for 4 nights.
