- Renee (10/5): - Couldn't fault the room or staff. Clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. I have neck issues and had no extra pain after waking. The room is spacious, with a large bathroom. I arrived outside of office hrs, but was able to easily get my room key through the after hrs box. Reception staff are wonderful and accommodating. My plans changed and I had to stay an extra night. The lady at the desk was able to organise this and keep the same room also, which was greatly appreciated. This was my second time staying here, and I'll certainly be back again.

I had the same complaint last time I was there nothing has improved. Someone who owns the place needs to take a shower to see what it like. The location is quiet, but a bit far from the main city district. There is a bus stop right out the front of reception, which is handy for travel to the CBD. Price is a little steep for what you get. Furniture/interior is definitely a bit dated. The bedroom air-conditioner was pretty loud, and we ended up not being able to have it on during the night. We stayed in the One Bedroom Spa Apartment - Queen, and the total price was more than similar rooms in hotels along the beach front. I would say the price is a little steep for what you get. The mattress was a bit hard for our tastes.

- Robert Ayling (8/5): - Size of the rooms and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets and the bathroom had ample space. The spar bath was a waste of time as it took so long to fill and the spar pump was not working.
- QI (10/5): - Great stay! The motel is in an excellent location with very convenient facilities. It only takes a few minutes’ drive to reach the dolphin viewing area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everyone very friendly and they were very soliciting with my enquires prior my arrival. Its outdated, but that wasn't a problem for me at all.

Apartment was well equipped - it had everything you needed including a fan and ac unit in the bedroom There wasn't a window in the bedroom- which is unusual but it had plenty of lights, a fan was provided and it didn't impact our stay

Big shower however water pressure not that great but that isn’t the hotels fault. Room even had cooking facilities Sometimes difficult to get in and out due to busy street and traffic congestion

- John (9/5): Everything we needed for a weekend stay - Clean and tidy with everything necessary for a weekend stay. The pool looked inviting but alas we ran out of time. Could not watch TV or work out how to get it working. Looks like an account is required to access the various apps.

The - An amazing place in a super spot i couldn’t have been happier There is nothing to dislike about the property … guest that go for a night out should have a bit more respect when arriving back to hotel
