• Prasanjit (7/5): Nice but overpriced - We liked the location, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was big. The place was overpriced and we have stayed at better places for lower prices.

Room was clean and actually large and comfortable definitely could recommend and would return. Ordinary small portable oven the place is very old and outdated needs a good renovating but still comfortable enough to stay.

• Benjamin (9/5): Great place for those on a budget - Great location! Easy access to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly, and the rooms were good, which were nice and large! Beds were really comfy too! For the price we paid, it was an excellent experience. Don't expect anything fancy. Highly recommend if you can't afford too much! The door was a bit hard to open, and it was tricky to close, but otherwise for the cheap price, it was what we expected.

• Karen (9/5): - The room was huge. The bathroom freeboard and large as well. Not the staff's fault, but we had concrete steps outside our unit. People would bound down these noisily, from early in the morning to late at night, often talking loudly.

There was mould & water leaks under the vanity. When ever we used the tap water leaked. I told management about the issue and was told, oh so sorry. The mattress was hard as a rock and killed my back, ouch.

• Len (8/5): Slightly overpriced, it is only at best a 3* motel, but charging 4* prices, but we would stay there again. - Good location, able to walk to most places of interest. Some updating has been done, more is required, time and money will solve this.

• Belinda (10/5): - We have stayed here twice, and it’s a super easy check in, staff always facilitate an outdoor power outlet for me to charge my EB. Rooms are dated, but super clean, shower pressure is good, beds are fine for a short stay. We will continue staying here on our trips to Eden.

No staff there upon arrival at 6.30pm. Had to ring emergency number to get our room. No tea towel provided to dry dishes. I would like to see hand pump soap provided.

Unidentifiable odour - cold and drafty. Needs a complete renovation and update. Furniture in poor condition. All facilities old and need updating - seems untouched since built - probably in the 50s or 60s. Overpriced for condition of rooms.

Wall sound proofing was OK, Staff helpful. Would stay @ Heyfield flats again. Air-con could have been quieter, it looked as if some temp repairs had been done. However kept us warm!
