- James (10/5): Location suited our needs; weather was perfect for the two nights that we stayed - 1- the location for the event we had to travel too was only a 10-minute ride if that so that was a bonus 2- the food prices & the meals at the motel hotel we Excellent, bar star were great helpful & informative 3- drive through bottle shop on location is always a bonus 1- the price for the duration of the stay i felt was a bit on the high side considering the time of year 2- the driveway into the accommodation needs attention there were a couple of big potholes bit of a hazard!

- Harry (9/5): Great place, good location and it provided exactly what we needed. - So we came to visit our sister who lives in Shellharbour. We chose this hotel because of its location and proximity to our sister. We just needed somewhere to clean and sleep and the hotel was just great. Its located near to shopping areas and amenaties and this is exactly what we needed. There were the white cockatoos that started squalking at 5am. There were other guests with big V8 engines and they liked to rev them loudly at about 6am.

- Colin (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay in a good location - Clean and comfortable accommodation with friendly helpful staff in a good location
- Kimovec (4/5): A bit disappointing - Had a great coffee machine, close to shellharbour village, had tea and coffee, bowls and cutlery, microwave and toaster. Extra blanket, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and soap and a TV. Unfortunately, the bed quilt was dirty had like maybe lipstick on it, mum did have a dirty pillowslip. Please see photos attached. It was very hard to unlock the front door with the key and difficult to close. Also, when mum turned on the air con on, a cockroach came out of it and it was alive. There was also a dead cockroach in the bathroom in the corner and some fruit flies that were alive bug now they are dead. I don't know if the place has been fumigated. Bathroom door is also had to open and close.

Room stuffy and appeared not to have been used for some time and some surfaces not clean. Basic but adequate. Closer to shopping centre than a lake.

Stayed Friday and Saturday nights and the noise from the pub was minimal. Shopping centre with Coles and Woolworths was nearby. Opening and closing the bar fridge was slightly difficult in my room, it dragged along the carpet.

Staff were pleasant and happy. Thank you. Our bed was a bit soft for our liking but didn't detract from the nights' sleep.
