• Monique (8/5): - Halfway between the town centre and Woolies, it was an ideal location. The room, whilst not modern, has all the necessary amenities. The walls are extremely thin.

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and hospitality. Furthermore, the motel's prime location offers convenient pedestrian access to all key areas of Narooma. We anticipate continuing our patronage during future visits to Narooma.

• Erica (10/5): Peaceful and very comfortable - Room had all working appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. While the room was older, it was a fantastic location. Host was very helpful and accomodating. I arrived on a weekday and it was very quiet and peaceful.

• Kim (5/5): Great location but it was like sleeping in a hospital bed. - Great location & our room had a wonderful view. The bed had a plastic backed mattress protector. It was like sleeping in a hospital bed that rustled like a chip packet every time you moved or turned over. The plastic backing didn’t breathe and made the bed really hot & uncomfortable. Suffice to say we had very little sleep that night.

• Rosalie (8/5): Convenient accommodation for an overnight stay. - Clean and comfortable. Steps only to upstairs inconvenient for older guests.

• Frank (9/5): Zentral gelegen und für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend - Die Unterkunft lag relativ zentral und gut zu erreichen mit ausreichend Stellplätzen vor der Unterkunft. Da keine Reception vorhanden ist, läuft der Check Inn digital ab. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Meerblick aus den booking.com-Bildern fehlt, wenn man ein Zimmer im Ground Level hat 🤷🏻‍♂️

Huge holes in car park that they put a cone and a pallet over . So dangerous as we had to park outside our unit and had to avoid these things. The ash felt in the car park had given way , the easy fix left it extremely dangerous especially if anyone had kids with them. They need proper barriers to safe guard guests not a cone and pallet.. Shame everything was done by message ,booking , room assignment . No face to face contact. Any questions on a message. We like to know who we are dealing with a nice hello , welcome!

I don’t understand how this sort of filthy and rundown place is allowed to be on the market. Do not book this place.

• Magenta-Rose (7/5): Easy process, basic room, nice and clean. - Code for door rather than key is great. Would be nice if the door code could be activated once the room is ready. Sat out front for 30 minutes (I was early) only to watch the empty room sit idle waiting for the code to work. Cleaner knocked a bit before checkout to start. Not a major issue but didn’t have anything available to put on the door to signal I was still there. Do not disturb sign or something would help. Some wood panels in the bathroom were very impacted by moisture, not a big problem though.

• Pamela Emery (7/5): Pleasant Weekend - Even though the motel was just off the main road the room was quiet with nice views of the bay from the baloney. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We had the best sleep we've ever had in a motel. Instant hot water and pressure in the shower was also good. It was contactless check-in but when we did come across staff they were friendly and helpful. The room was quite run down.

• Fay (1/5): Much better accommodation available elsewhere for the same money or less - The location The room was below the standard expected when booking through booking.com. Room no. 1 is in much need of maintenance. There were many issues including a broken light and what appeared as mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom. There were a lot of issues. We didn't stay the night once it became apparent that the room shouldn't be available to rent as accommodation. These issues were discussed with the manager and a refund was promised. But no amount of attempts of communication produced the refund. The managers wouldn't respond to me or Booking.com. I would rather not write a bad review. I would rather engage in productive correspondence with the management, but given their lack of response, I see no option but to try to protect other travellers from booking what is, in my opinion, really crappy accommodation.

• Joyce (8/5): Good place to stay for a couple of nights. - spacious room. all very clean. real bonus was the correct number of chairs available to us in the room. Most hotel/motels only provide 1 chair and expect the second person to sit on the bed. While this may be a space saver device, not all people have strong enough backs to support sitting on the bed for a time. I wonder if it might be possible to redefine the parking spaces as not all cars were parked respectful of others staying in the motel. We were left with no option but to park in the real estate space overnight. Luckily it was a Saturday night and real estate office unlikely to be opened on a Sunday.

• Jason (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - Comfortable 3 night stay in the 2 x bedroom apartment upstairs. Very clean & tidy, in a great location very close to all of the amenities. Keyless access was very convenient. Was perfect for our short stay to visit family. A lounge would be a great addition to this apartment. The 4 x chairs provided are old, very worn and not comfortable to sit and watch TV.

But wasn’t when I googles where to stay was from IA top 2 top recommendation in Narooma. Bed comfortable and lovely lining. Top spot and we paid extra for a room with a view and was great position, just hard getting stuff up the stairs. Felt was a little expensive for the room but a lot around this price and was only for one night. Checking in and out very easy codes no keys. Off street parking another bonus. Had a coffee pod machine 😀 Room furniture, kitchenette cupboards, shower and toilet system could do with an update. Vanity new and bed comfortable.
