• Baker (8/5): Very convenient accommodation that was as expected - not fancy but comfortable and clean and the grounds around it were - Was close to the road and easy to find in the dark. Was basic but comfortable and clean and staff very helpful. There has been a miscommunication with the cleaning staff and the room we had allocated initially had not been cleaned. That said we rang the emergency number and they got it sorted right away - they were horrified it had happened. So while annoying late at night it was handled well.

Best place to stay We had a hiccup at the start with a bad smell coming from kitchen sick but moved and ended up fantastic stay

There was a bit to go though. Most of the Park is now taken up by residential. This is now obviously happening with a lot if not all of Big 4 Parks now. Very sad to see.

• Russell (10/5): Sensationally Quiet Place. - Central location to Shepparton Easy access from either direction on Goulburn Valley Highway. Comfortable bed, so quiet. Amazingly quiet. Due to heat wave conditions the air conditioning provided great relief in the afternoons. Not a single complaint. Even with electrical switchboard minor problems it never affected our stay.
• Sam Brown (3/5): Very disappointing - The bouncy pillow for the kids The cabins were old. The fly screen door kept falling off. The cabin rocked when we walked through it (we are not big people). Our cabin did not have wifi and we were not told beforehand that they were having maintenance done, so we couldn't access smart tv in the evening. I did not get a refund for reducing guest numbers. $200 for 1 adult and 2 young children for 1 night, I felt, was excessive.

Free access to the play ground and fencing up, not much restrictions for having a pet in the property and surrounding so it is very friendly feel. the hours a bit short for the bouncing bed. My kid wants to play on it before bed haha, they said, it's a holiday! Why close so early! It would be good to have snack in the fridge for supply with the price we pay for the stay.

The ensuite was one of the cleanest we have had. With lovely white towels and hand towels. The lady on reception was so friendly and we loved her New Zealand accent.

• Samantha (4/5): Disappointing - Conveniently located to great food and museum cabin was clean bed was comfy Cabin was unstable due to the bricks sinking from underneath it on one corner it felt like being on a boat if the 3 kids were moving around the whole cabin moved, while sitting in the toilet if someone moved in the main room you could feel the cabin floor moving and the toilet staying still it was quiet scary, bunk bed mattresses are not comfy at all the floor and planks are felt through the mattress
