Suggest laundry should not be used after 22.00 hrs. Toilet hardware old style, noisy and excessive water use, single flush option only. Room 4 crockery drainer old, rusting and dirty.

• Oliver (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung und zu empfehlen. - Zum Zeitpunkt des Wohnens war die Unterkunft ca 3 Monate alt. Alles sehr neu. Die Zimmer sind klein und es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsdusche mit Toilette, sowie eine große Küche und Essbereich, wo man sich etwas kochen kann. Die Ausstattung ist ok. Die Betten bequem. Es gibt einen Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Nur Waschmittel muss man mitbringen. Alles funktioniert digital und man bekommt einen Code für die Türen vor Anreise. Für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung. Bei der Buchung der Unterkunft war missverständlicher Weise von einem Ferienhaus die Rede aber es handelt sich um ein kleines Zimmer IN einer Ferienunterkunft. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr klein und die Wände relativ dünn, so das man den Nachbarn auch hört, wenn er mit normaler Lautstärke redet bzw telefoniert. Da die Zimmer klein sind und man nicht unbedingt alles in den Schrank räumen möchte, hat man etwas wenig Platz für Koffer. Das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer könnte einmal am Tag gereinigt werden. Das war zumindest wärend meines Aufenthaltes nicht der Fall.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Reasonable accommodations, super nice staff. - Reasonably spacious, well appointed kitchen. Absolutely no view, not a great location .. about 12 min walk into town. It’s been bought by a hotel chain management company (Wenzel) so then the price goes up and the quality goes down. Okay, probably didn’t help that I stayed trapped in my room because of monsoon rains.

• Lyn (6/5): It was ok like I said the staff were great - Great location as mum had an opp and we had to stay in Thames and they let us check in early. There was no milk in the fridge a towel rail would have worked in the bathroom , and the heating need to be checked one heater didn’t work .

• Felix (8/5): Very good overall - Room is spacious for a motel and very cozy. Great location to the town centre, attractions and the Forest Park. Kitchen also has everything you need with the standard rules of not cooking smelly foods in a motel room. Facilities can be a bit dated especially in the bathroom, but nothing major. Will be great if closing rack can be found in the room.

Nos gusto poder usar la barbacoa común, también en buenas condiciones. Ubicación un poco distante del centro, si no necesitas ir al centro esta estupendo. Incluso piscina en la época de verano. • Louise (8/5): - Rolleston was a surprise little gem. It was a great starting point for our trip around the Coromandel. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and a laundry on site.

• Trisya (8/5): - Really liked the fact that dogs are allowed. this meant our little dog could come with us. The service was top-notch. We stayed in a one bedroom. The dining/kitchen area felt cluttered and restricted with two single beds in the same area. We didn't enjoy the hirers in the adjacent accommodation, always looking over the concrete wall, looking directly into our bedroom. We kept the curtain closed because of this for most of our stay.

• Gaylene (10/5): Just off main highway and close to where we were visiting family. Couldn't have found a better place - Clean and quiet with very comfortable bed. Lovely patio area with table and chairs. Hosts very friendly, obliging and caring and ensured we had a great stay. We were greeted each day as we were seen by hosts and cleaning team. We couldn't have wished for anything better. Lack of towel hanging space in bathroom in our unit, otherwise had everything we needed.

• Aroha (10/5): A grateful traveller thanks a kind motelier for not leaving me without accomodation after EV failed - I was delighted to be able to stay in such a well kept accomodation. Yvonne is a superb proprietress. Her grounds were beautifully kept. Love the back garden visible through the kitchen windows and she had little details like lovely soaps towels shelves with things that showed extra care and pride for her property and, this, for her guests I was unwell while there and Yvonne showed kindness. In a busy world like ours, kindness, care, and just human decency is not always available. Yvonne put the heater on to warm the unit up. I was unwell and traveled alone and was waiting on a 12v battery for a recently acquired iBMW i3 which broke down multiple times in 8 days. Try 7 times in 11vdays. The courier lost the battery organized by AA for five days. The taxi took 1.40 hours to pick me up from the second hotel I was asked to vacate. Yvonne was the 3rd to take me in as an emergency case. When the cab was delayed because of increased community sick patients need to go to the ER, how could I complain? I could not. Yvonne offered to pick me up, but the cabbie showed. He apologized, I was pleased to see him. It is what it is. Meantime Ngatea AA recovery chased after the courier. I will not mention the car sales yard at this point as I am in negotiations for settlement at the moment. But Yvonne, thank you so much. 6vstar treatment from a classy lady Loved your Brrookby Motel. Ka kite Nothing to dislike. Only great facilities. Yes go there.

• Dianne (10/5): - It was amazing, I found everything to an excellent standard. I have stayed at a lot of motels and this motel is right up there. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would stay there again if I come back to Thames. You should give it a try.
