Doreen (10/5): I had a lovely 2 night stay. - It was very clean & comfortable. I liked the kitchen area which was quite separate from the main room. Not really a problem for me but the heating wasn’t working well. The staff weren’t aware of this until I told them so I’m sure it will be attended to soon.

jim (8/5): well presented. clean. off street parking. - very close to clubs. shopping centre and the water. something for everyone. it was close to where i had to go. room was a very generous size. plenty of space.. sliding doors on wardrobe seemed to be broken/ wouldnt slide. very noisey road traffic.

Gibbin (3/5): Unless you have pets, I wouldn't stay here. - Location There was dog hair all over windows and mold on blinds, there was a dog in the room above and it must of been seeing on balcony cause that's all we could smell...the pool was filthy

A lovely view of the lake from the balcony had us wake up to a beautiful sunrise. The lounge was a little old and uncomfortable but we were happy sitting on the bed. 😊

Kate (7/5): Some appliances are dated. Air conditioning filters were dusty. Otherwise a comfortable bed and stay. Good location clos - Good location and lovely views Air conditioning filters were dusty and I had to take them out and clean them as I have dust allergies. The microwave was very old. It worked ok, but was difficult to use because of its age and not knowing how to use the dial.

bodkin (9/5): Lake Haven Motel..?¿ noooooo.... it's Lake heaven Motel... 8 - everything... the room setup cleanliness, kichen, bathroom, big deep bath with shower, so I took a shower then soaked in a Epson salts bath till someone knocked at my door.... ggbt staff/managers were friendly, helpful and just good people I think... well done! nothing

Kristy (9/5): Lake Haven - Room was big enough for my mum, son & I. We weren't stepping on each other's toes. Dripping basin taps. Could here when the upstairs guests showered or went to the toilet when in the bedroom. Floors could have been vacuumed better. Fridge & some cupboards needed to be wiped out.
Rachyy (7/5): Very friendly staff - We love the location of this site and price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly on arrival. It is a great location close to my family and friends on the central coast. Just trying to write an honest review that can be helpful also for other guests when they are staying. We found both times we stayed the towels smelt like smoke and the two rooms smelt a bit musky. Other than that we are happy with motel as an overall stay.

Anna (6/5): Good foe travelling with pet - Was able to stay with our dog. 2 bedroom apartment was a good size travelling with family. Customer service was fantastic and responded quickly. Aircon was turned on waiting for us...especially appreciated as that day was hot. Unfortunately we travelled and arrived on a horrible hot day and there was a power outage that impacted the area making it unpleasant to stay (not the fault of the property). There was a odour to the room...but was a good place to stay for the night.

Natalie (9/5): Highly recommended - Great location in Gorokan with an IGA, chemist and fabulous cakes & coffee just around the corner. Rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was perfect for a two-night business trip. Restaurant is closed so I recommend updating the facilities on booking.com.
