  Two bedroom units offer a Super-king bed in the main bedroom with 2 x single beds in the 2nd bedroom along with another single bed in the lounge. They have a spacious lounge with private courtyard. A dining area with a kitchenette that has cooking facilities (hot plates, microwave, electric fry pan etc) and a good sized fridge freezer. Heat pump & Sky TV. The ensuite contains a Spa bath as well as a separate standalone shower.

• Kerry (6/5): Fair - The location was great although there was quite a bit of road noise/ disturbance in the night from drunks. For what we needed it for, the location was convenient and staff were friendly. The beds were really comfortable too. The price didn't match the room or the facilities. It was clean enough although there were flies in the room on arrival, ants on the bathroom floor and clumps of black hair in the basin plug hole and was quite tired - even the towels were pretty old. It wouldn't take much to modernise it or refresh the basics.

It was fine, it was clean I think it did the job, the bathroom wall paper was a bit ripped and the shower caddy had fallen down. I felt it was pretty basic for the price. Definitely the bare minimum on drink sachets and cups etc.

We were rather dissapointed with this motel, firstly it was 4pm on a sunday and the reception was inattended, the person wasnt even on site so we had to wait. Then the room we stayed in absolutely stunk of old smoke! Was disgusting. Lastly the towels stunk as well, smelt like they hadnt been washed. Clearly cheaping out on everything here. Certainly dont recomend.

• Krunal (6/5): Not recommended due to AC and staff replying - Good location and facilities I would like to give a feedback on my recent stay on 7th Feb. I booked 2 rooms we were given number 5 and 12. In room 5 heated towel rail was in poor condition and was not functioning as required. In room 12 same was with air condition. It was super hot day so as our room and AC was not working so it could not make room cool. We could not sleep for the whole night. I had already addressed this issue with staff on reception but he claimed everything was fine day before and he will let the owner know.

The bathroom door rattled in the night and the bathroom fan took a decade to stop once turned off. Also the kettle spout was rusted out.

A little tired decor wise, however clean and possibly best shower I’ve ever experienced in a motel , would definitely stay again As above noise from guest workers

The room had unpleasant smell and I can’t open the window for fresh air because the room was located near the Popeyes, and the cooking smell were quite strong.

Right next door to a Popeye’s drive through was smelly and the constant hum of extractor fans meant we couldn’t open any windows. Minimal touch for tea/coffee and no milk was surprising
