David happily drove us to the destination in the courtesy bus and picked us up when we were done. Not to mention how lovely he was. An asset! Thankyou!

We asked kindly for them to keep their noise down so as we could get sleep for our next day travel, they were none compliant. We called the office, they were excellent and moved us to another motel room.

Our Room was unbearably HOT we had to go to the restaurant to stay cool until our room cooled down. Should turn on Air Conditions before customers arrive. Rooms need to be upgraded

Free standing room with double and single beds. 2 complementary bottles of water which was greatly appreciated. Couldn't find a extra blanket as gets cold at night. Trucks idling for 30mins early in morning. Earplugs are a must if your a light sleeper.

• Andersen (4/5): Cheap but not cheerful. - Great location - restaurant on site with bottle o next door. Lots of car parking. Good hot water in shower. Milk and bottled water provided which was a nice surprise. Fridge door seal mouldy - looks like it has never been cleaned. Door didn't lock - had to use a safety chain which was too big. Double bed mattress was so lumpy I used the single one (lucky for me there was a second option). Radiator in room taking up space and it didn't work. Can't fill the kettle as it doesnt fit under the tap in the sink. The shower head was blocked and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The air con makes the wall shake and is so noisy I had to turn it off.
