- Nurul azizawati (6/5): Disappointed with the room - The hotel's concept is very nice... Love it so much... But i'm not satisfied with the room.. The room a bit smelly and dusty, not so clean. Also clogged water flow in the bathroom when take a shower and i have to wait a few hours so that the water will flow down.. Others facilities is good...

We chose this resort because EXPEDIA mentioned free wifi is available there but to our disappointment, such a big resort of 16 acres, there is no wifi at all. Resort is nice though, as we are free to roam the premises and pool is huge. We got a free upgrade from teepee to band wagon but got 2 single beds instead of our choice of a queen bed.

We’ve stopped at every corner of the resort to capture photos. Jacuzzi was nice after tiring with activities. - Cons: Got mosquitoes in our tepee(TP1), The cleanliness(bed sheet & pillow case) and condition of the room. The bathroom at our tepee was very smelly all the time. And also need to improvise the breakfast food selection, not much food to choose from)

There was a problem with our room tv reception and amenities but it was resolved quickly by the polite and friendly maintenance & housekeeping staff. The hotel was very kind not to charge breakfast rate for my 7 year old daughter.

- A Sivaraman (4/5): Bad Night Slept - I checked-in late around 11 pm. It was very dark because its a barn concept (Open). I checked in and ask for the direction to my room in the open field but she refuse to assist. She told me to drive my car there even its so close by. Once im there it was pitch dark and there is many rooms in a large field. I have use my torch light App in my phone to look for the room because the room number only written on the door. Once i found my room I went to bed but cant sleep the whole night because my body was very itchy. Only to find out my bedsheet and pillow cover was filthy the next morning. But they manage to get it change the very next day after i made a complain.

- Halimahtun Sadiah (10/5): Good - Stayed in a 'teepee' room in this unusual resort. Very comfortable, good breakfast, Will be staying again.
- ROHANA (8/5): Good Steak at Little "Cowboy Town" - A family outing which was hampered by heavy rain from afternoon-night; however the food was good at the restaurant. The kids loved the steak and burger. The games were OK; however more can be done with the horse riding activity other than having the trainer pulled the rope around and around and around. Not value for money. Don't think cowboy rides the horse that way. But overall, it was OK. Might come back for a family day or at least for the steak :=). Thank you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): So - So - I choose the resort because of the environment. It was nice to sleep in a teepe for the first time. But 1. The location on waze was Totally wrong. 36km apart. 2. The wifi on teepe zone cant be used 3. No channel on tv 4. It was raining. So, some water enter the teepe. Luckily had extra towel to cover it up. 5. The swimming pool. Seriously only swimsuit???? Even tshirt cant be used. Why didnt the resort tell us earlier. Such a waste..
