• Melissa (7/5): Excellent location in Geelong waterfront - The apartment was in a fantastic location. Our family stayed here to go to our first Geelong footy game and it was an easy 20 minute walk there. The staff were lovely and very friendly on arrival. The unit we stayed in had a spacious car park. The beds were comfortable and the unit itself was huge with lots of space for a family. The unit itself needs some love and attention with some fixtures broken or damaged, and some things like the bathroom fan and under beds in need of a thorough clean. The room offered WiFi but unfortunately the lounge room TV wasn't a smart TV. The old ipod dock didn't have Bluetooth. Small inconveniences but little things that took away from it being an exceptional stay.

Excellent for families and groups No continuous hot water as seems some issue with the geyser and in between showers get luke warm / cold water.
• Annabelle (9/5): Would recommend to anyone visiting Geelong! - Fantastic location, super close to shopping centre and the waterfront. Very spacious apartment with the added bonus of an ensuite to cater for our group of 6. Great to have our own car park also. Hosts accommodated our late check in by making keys available at another location. Perhaps more towels as there was only enough for one per person.

We parked out on the street the last night for fear if someone was parked opposite behind us we would never get out to get to the airport

• Michael (7/5): Great property. Terrible management. - Location and ease of getting to restaurants. I was extremely disappointed at being asked to go to Newtown to collect the keys at midday on the day rather than a lockbox at the premises as originally stated. I should have refused. Having travelled from Pakenham directly from work and having an extra 10-15 minutes added to be journey is unacceptable. I would not stay here again for that reason. It’s not for the property owner to inconvenience their customers. I am not paying for the inconvenience.

Parking was helpful but super tight corner to get into it, took a while with a larger car. I didn’t realise until we arrived that there are no staff or reception, just have to call on arrival to find keys. The check in process I feel could be improved. Detailed instructions could be emailed prior to make it easier, explaining there are no staff, several entrances to the building and where to locate the key, rather than having to call for this information.

The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely return. Unfortunately there is a construction site next door that started up at 7am every morning.

I was participating in a regatta being held there. Very easy for me to get quickly to and from the venue. The bath was a little slippery to stand in. The kitchen sink tap was leaking at the place where it and the sink meets.

Always surprises me that we’re asked to pay this much for an apartment rental and the owner / building management scrimp on disposables. Toilet paper was transparent! Soap, shampoo, etc were really cheap and poor quality. Towels were a bare pass. Wouldn’t take much to improve all of this.

Daughter cut her finger in broken drawer in fridge.

Short drive to Torquay. On site parking. Nice room with easy access. Probably that we got the road view at back of property rather than beach side view, although we didn’t ask for any particular room so not a complaint more of an observation.

• Liz (7/5): - Location good. If booking had indicated that half the apartments view an internal courtyard, not the ocean that might have been nice. Impeccably clean. Kitchen and table great. . Beds too hard. As usual the single beds were way too firm. (does the industry not know adults do use them when partners sleep at different temperatures?). 4 matching mugs would be good, not 3 and small cups. Couches are clean but dead, need re springing. Maintenence needs doing. Opening sliding doors onto balcony was difficult , lock is probably half broken. Main shower head dribbles rather than sprays. Ensuite has a fair amount of copper deposit on toilet, which i had to explain to my guests is not a health risk. Parking. Great to have 2 allotted spaces . Entry ramps are very tight, and marked with scrapes . Mid size suv is ok to get in with fierce cincentration. Elevator efficient. Elevator door is at a blind corner on the carpark "roadway". Needs a bollard so cars coming down don't surprise people standing at elevator. Person who designed it should have to stand there for a week. Definitely minimum spec.

• Linda Lodge (7/5): Location location location. A few minor issues with our stay. But no complaints. - Breakfast was not included as stated but the amount of cafes within a few minutes walk gave you multiple choices. Very convenient location, across the road from westfields shopping centre. Across the road from the foreshaw and multiple dining options with parking including We had a hire car ( so not very big) but if you had a big car the parking garage was very tight. To get to the other side of the garage you had to go past the turn, then reverse into a parking spot to make the ramp to get to our parking spot. This was all good until the last time we entered and all of the parking spots used to turn around were taken. And I drive for a living so a little of back and forwards was no problems but for a nervous driver it could be a nightmare.

There was no wifi in the apartment a modem was delivered to the door. Construction next door so didn’t feel comfortable using the balcony (not the fault of the apartment owner was just a shame)
