- Lana (2/5): - Okay first of all all around the ceilings as covered in so much mold then you go in the bathroom and uncover even more mold, the corners of the room had webs in them one of them had a huge spider in it aswell, the other web covered the tip held of the bathroom door, I was in the bathroom when 2 huge cockroaches come out of no where, there’s no cutlery or bowls. The towel had lint all over them which appeared dirty. Upon arrival there’s no one at the desks but all the doors to enter are unlocked, it’s spinning doors and anyone can access.

- Darren (4/5): - Clean room. But room heating set at 21° and you can't change or turn off. Nobody sleeps with the temp that high. Also hallway doors slam close half the night and again early morning.

- Ash (10/5): Great budget accommodation - The rooms are exactly like the photo’s on expedia, basic, but clean and warm and appropriately priced. The food is fantastic in a nice social atmosphere. The owners and staff are really nice and are keen that you enjoy your stay. The area is nice and quiet with plenty of parking.

My bangers and mash were possibly the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant staff were great, I needed some extra milk for our breakfast and they kindly supplied some.

However they refused to refund us our booking (not 1cent) and were rude, completely non-compassionate and entirely unkind. They effectively stole $1260 from me which I had no way to recover. Completely unreasonable people. Do not stay here if you expect to be treated humanly.

- Nina (8/5): - We recently stayed at Jindabyne Equestrian Resort, it is a little way out of Jindabyne but this didn't bother us. The family room was a simple, basic room but spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was updated. I highly recommend the restaurant on site, the chef creates delicious, hearty meals. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Hot water wasn't very strong so had to shower without turning on the cold and it was just keeping warm. The hallway is very noisy when people move through and despite there being signs other guests are not very considerate.

Better drying facilities... the dry room is not sufficient for extremely wet gear, especially after being out in the rain.

- Mitch (8/5): Very good. - For the price this room was very good, plenty of space for 3 people with all of our snow gear. The room was clean. Heated tiles in the bathroom were great and dried our wet snow gear. I didn't look around much but I noticed a large communal sitting room and some microwaves in another room, not sure if there's any other cooking facilities. The only things I could think to improve would be control of the heat in the room and maybe a bigger TV. Neither of these made the stay any worse though.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Could easily be made so much better - Disappointing experience. Booked budget room but it could so easily be made so much better. Room just had a bed with a hard mattress & thin doona (thankfully had an electric blanket), an old oil heater covered in dust & a bench. No mirror, bedside table, bedside light, storage, etc. Towel I was given was thin & frayed. Worse than the old cheap towels I have at home & use for cleaning. Only 1 of the two toilets had hand soap & the shared shower had a door between it & the disabled toilet (understandable) but it was only lockable from the toilet side. So if you wanted to ensure no one could walk in on you showering you had to lock the disabled toilet making it unavailable. Stayed 2 weeks earlier right in Jindabyne with a nice room, double bed, private bathroom, breakfast, drying room & gear storage for $15 extra per night.
- Kat (10/5): Lots of space - Quiet, lots of space, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Children loved the games room activities when we got back from a day of skiing.

- Mark (10/5): Great getaway! - Great price; relaxing location; warm and comfortable room and beds; A great games room for the kids; The food in the Hayloft was an unexpected (and extremely good!) surprise. We really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely stay here again.
- Murray (8/5): It's all that was available - The room was clean, comfortable bed, very helpful and friendly owners. Restaurant is unreal. Really good food. I stayed here so I could spend the weekend snowboarding up the mountains. It's a 10 minute drive from Jindabyne and 45 minutes from Thredbo and Perisher. I booked a single room. Room contained a bed, heater and, bench which is all I needed really except a few hooks for hanging up wet snow hear would have been handy. Would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Very Basic hotel. Definitely not a resort. - 4 PM check-in is a terrible idea. We arrived at 2 PM and had to go away and come back 4pm. Unable to eat In the restaurant until late due to the number of Guests staying. had to order the pizzas, they were terrible. The rooms were tiny and the walls are thin, you can here everything going on outside your room. The bathroom was disgusting.

- AL (4/5): Will not stay here again! - Stayed 3 nights did not receive any fresh towels nobody came to empty bins. I dont need anyone to make up beds but would have been nice if bins were emptied and got fresh towels. There was a heater in room which was not to bad once you figured out how it worked. Bathroom had a funny smell. Restaurant food was terrible could not eat it my son had pizza base was store bought. Hotel is not 10 or 15min away from city as mentioned in website but about 20min.

- Family of 6 (4/5): - Take your heaters to this place....its freezing!. The heating inside our room was totally inadequate and there are no electric blankets on the bed. We thought we would leave our heaters on during the day so that when we came back from the snow the place would be comfortable.....only to find that our room had been accessed and all the heaters turned off on two occasions. We froze to death. We had our four kids with us including our 12 month old baby. For the price we paid for this place I can't believe how frugal management is with supplying decent heating!.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was clean and tidy and close to the ski fields, however the heating was somewhat lacking. Only 2 oil heaters and a small fan heater with temperatures reaching zero outside was not really sufficient. Added to this was the fact that running anything more than the two heaters on a circuit would cause the circuit breaker to trip. Very frustrating when staying with a family and wet ski gear.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - They need to sort the showers. Absolute disaster. The 5 star shower head needs to be removed and replaced with a 2-3 star rated fitting to ensure there is some pressure. They are so bad we didn't shower the second day at all. Also the double bunks in bedroom 3 have a metal squeak that meant none of us could sleep for the first night. We put the mattress on the floor the second night it was so bad. The food in the restaurant is incredible and great value

- Kerry (8/5): Friendly base for ski trip - Stayed in main building hotel room for 2 nights while we skied at Perisher for the weekend. Room was very clean, had tea/coffee facilities, heater, TV, & hair dryer. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide hand towels, as we had to sacrifice a bath towel for this purpose. Also our shower head needed some adjustment (tightening up) as it sprayed out the sides of the hose/head joint unless you adjusted it juuuust right. Ate upstairs at the restaurant several times & can't recommend highly enough- excellent food and even more excellent prices!!
- Jom (10/5): Exceptional and friendly service - We had great experience from staff who were extremely friendly and accommodating. When we arrived after a 6hr drive from Sydney we found out that initial booking with a 3rd party agent booking had not come across into their booking system and they were fully booked out for the night!! This was not at all JE resorts fault at all but they offered to fix the problem created by the 3rd party agent. They even went out their way to accommodate us in a spare room and said it was FREE of charge due to ordeal we went through with the unhelpful and rude 3rd party agent. After 3 different call centre operators leaving me on hold for over 45minutes!! However the following night they were free rooms and we were more than happy to pay for them which we did during our short visit to JE Resort. I would recommend this place for friends and family for their stand out level friendly and professional service.
