Our unit was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished with gorgeous views of the countryside and our host Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgable and on hand daily to ‘check in’. Nothing.

- LEANNE (10/5): A great base from which to enjoy Norfolk Island. We hope to return again soon - Hosts were warm, friendly and informative without being intrusive. Views from our verandah great. Unit was spotless and kitchen was well appointed with cooking equipment, picnic basket and full size fridge. Had our own BBQ which we enjoyed. It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday without unnecessary luxury items which is in keeping with Norfolk Island itself and the need to conserve resources such as water and electricity. Nothing - we really loved our stay at Cascade.

The facilities are great, there is even a washing machine Unfortunately for couples, the beds are two singles put together, so not very comfortable. But affordable accommodation, and other facilities are good.

- Jennifer (9/5): Overall, a very relaxing place to stay, within easy walking distance of the main town centre. - It was lovely to meet Sam at the Airport, who led us to the appartment by car, after we picked up our hirre car at the airport. Avocados to pick in the backyard were a real treat every morning. The outdoor areas for sitting were roomy and the gardens were colourful and well maintained. The place was very pleasant, so there was nothing to complain about. The host was very accomodating.

Only 5 ground floor self-contained apartments so it was very quiet and private . My hosts Sam and Tracey communicated really well and met me at the airport to accompany to the apartment. As I solo woman traveller I felt very safe and secure. The apartment had everything I needed if I wanted to cook a light meal and was close to town if I wanted to dine out. The views over the gardens are beautiful and I was even offered lovely fresh avocados off the big tree on site. I would highly recommend this property. Nothing

While it provides flexibility in room configuration its unevenness in the centre never works as well as a genuine queen or king bed. Lounge chairs not ideal, awkward for older guests. night lights in car park could be brighter.

Everything you need including things like umbrella, torch, coffee plunger and scissors, icepack, phone for use. A few condiments. Ceiling Fan in bedroom and also a portable fan. Clothes line in your private enclosed courtyard. Shared laundry. Screened windows. Lovely grounds. Nothing really but could hear people in adjoining rooms but wasn’t a problem.

Sitting on the small balcony we had a lovely view and some ocean views as well. The property and gardens are all well kept. Parking was very handy . Starlink WIFI was great and fast. We like to come back. We stayed a week and would have liked a mid week clean/and new sheets. Bedroom very small and we had trouble with our 2 suit cases. But we managed ha!

It included some extra touches such as umbrella, torch, picnic basket, esky and thermos. Also, a mobile phone for our use (pay for calls only) so we didn't need a local sim. Friendly and helpful hosts met us at the airport and organised our hire car. Nothing - it was good.

- Louise (8/5): Overall we had a comfortable and pleasant stay in these apartments at Norfolk. - The property had everything we needed to allow us to either stay home and prepare our own meals or take time out eating at local restaurants. We had access to all necessary kitchen facilities including a BBQ and back deck with table and chairs. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The view from our apartment was really lovely and we had easy access to Emily Bay for swimming and other places for walks or golf. Our only issue was the noise that carried from our next door apartment which was largely a design flaw. The next door living area was right next to ours and there is no insulation between the units. You could hear every conversation and every noise associated with cooking, tv etc which at times was a bit irritating. Fortunately there was no issue with noisy children or people having parties.

- 小路弯弯我的梦 (10/5): Exceptional - This garden apartment is really great, the location is very good, everything in the house is very new, the cleanliness is no less than that of a five-star hotel, the facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, very suitable for vacation, the host is a Very friendly Norfolk people. I am a backpacker and did not rent a car. He not only picked me up to the airport for free, but also drove me to visit all the attractions of the island. Norfolk is really beautiful. Had a great trip to the island! Many thanks for his help!

The apartment was very well presented with everything required for a great stay. There were fantastic views out over the valley and to the ocean from the verandah. We could find no faults at all.

Provided with mobile for receiving calls, etc. Provided late checkout to let me relax before my flight. Lots of useful welcome information and booked onto free half-day tour. Property is well-located within walking distance of the town centre.

It has an enclosed back patio with a good size clothesline, bbq and table. Equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Hot plate, bench top oven/grill. Front patio with table and chairs has beautiful views. It’s not in the centre of town, but the short drive is worth it, for the views. About 20 min walk to town.

- Brian (9/5): Clean, comfortable and value for money. - There was much to like about our Cascade Garden Apartment. It was clean, peaceful, lovely gardens, nice view and a constant sea breeze through the apartment. Owner Ash met us up at the airport and we followed him to the apartment in our rental car. Ash gave us a housekeeping brief then left us to enjoy our stay in Norfolk Island. Co-owner Marie was very accommodating in letting us checkout an hour late. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a partly self-catering stay. If visiting Norfolk Island, don't miss Emily Bay for swimming and Slaughter Bay (adjacent to Emily Bay) for great snorkelling. Nothing really. The accommodation met all our expectations.

Good facilities, use of laundry, well equipped with a decent size fridge with freezer. Quiet and convenient location. No privacy screens beteeen the units. Neighbour was very close to my unit. I have suggested to the new owners that this is something which future guests would appreciate.
- Jennifer (10/5): Great location and amenity with excellent hosts. - The unit was extremely well equipped, and included two private outdoor seating and eating areas. The front had lovely views of the garden and distant hills over looking the ocean. The back was fully undercover which was great for the clothes line and BBQ cooking and eating area. The king sized bed was very comfortable, and the towels were large and fluffy. The unit was very clean and the entire property is well kept with a pretty garden. Hosts were very responsive with all our communication, and assisted us with hiring our car, ready for us with a meet & greet at the airport on arrival. Highly recommend the accomodation with very reliable hosts.

- Andrew (9/5): A great place to relax and slow down - Marie was very helpful in changing my booking multiple times due to COVID. She also met me at the airport with my hire car. Everything was very easy. The apartment was very clean with a lovely view. The apartment, while simple, contained everything that I needed. Could not expect anymore for the price. I found the mattress a little soft, but this is personal taste. Apartments share common walls and sound carries between them.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Marie met us at the airport, helped us with the hire car pick up and then led us to the apartment. The apartment was close to town and had a view of the water as advertised. It had been renovated recently, had all the facilities needed and was comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.
- Linda (9/5): Great views with a clean and very comfortable apartment and great hosts. - The view here is amazing. It’s really quiet and the Managers Ash and Marie are so helpful. The unit is clean and really comfortable and they have added so many convenient things like a picnic basket, cooler bag and extra towels to name a few things for the guests. Looking forward to staying in summer. Nothing. Everything was perfect and easy.
