• Tolwyn6 (10/5): A great place that is centralised and created excellent convenience. - Location. That new quality feeling you get. Onsite amenities but we didn't try them except for the gym. Some patrons on the level we were at, were cooking fish and it smelt the entire corridor. The next day we suspect the same patrons of whom were also cooking create another annoying smell. The gym is too small and cramped. Some of the weights and attachments were missing.

Everything was tidy and clean from reception, lifts, car park etc. You can see attention to detail. Even ice cream nice touch although we got in late and just straight to bed. The apartment was a great set up. We will book that next time. Nothing that I could see

Excellent bed, excellent bathroom, great view from the upper floor. Even though the pub was next door connected by an enclosed footbridge there was no noise from the pub. On arrival ID and credit card was demanded - I did not expect this but as payment had already been taken I couldn't change my mind. Pool was freezing so unusable pool was the reason I had booked the Quest. Location was awful - I much preferred Albury. The constantly flashing smoke alarm above my bed made sleep virtually impossy

The hotel also had plenty of parking options as well as a catwalk to a restaurant which saved us from researching restaurants or walking in the cold. Property is also close to the main shopping strip and I would love to return to explore the area more. ADA restroom in unit lacked the same homely feel.

The restaurant attached is delicious and again, that staff were incredible. They have a way of making you feel welcome and at home. Definitely recommend.

• molly1164 (10/5): Great apartments - A halfway stop for us after a long drive. Great service in reception. Wonderful studio apartment. Well equipped. Great games area for kids of all ages. Was really impressed with the thought that went into it. Board games, puzzles, books it was family friendly for little kids to grandparents.

I’ve stayed there many occasions, on this occasion we paid the most we have ever paid. Got a B room on arrival asked to be upgraded to an A room. Told we had to pay an extra $60. that would’ve cost over $320 for one night accommodation in the rural town of Wodonga. They decided to put someone next to us who kept us awake between 1/4 am in the morning. Like I said to the manager me telling you I’ll never stay here again is a minuscule blip on the radar, if enough people have the same view as me you’ll quickly learn that your business and the way it’s run will cost your money.

Staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. The shower drain was not secure — my niece stood on it and it fell in, which was a bit concerning from a safety perspective.

The whole property is modern and clean and well designed in layout. We enjoyed being able to sit at the dining table and enjoy a meal in the room and then relax on the comfy couch with all streaming services available to login to. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and shower was great. The kitchenette had a microwave and had everything we needed to eat in. We will definitely be back next time we travel up that way!
