- Melanie (5/5): Passable for one night if there are no other options. - Efficient check-in. The room was clean, and the bed was springy but comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. Despite being one of the few accommodation options in the Lower Blue Mountains, this motel shows its age and has had very little investment since the 1990s. It was noisy, both from its close proximity to the highway and from guests moving out early in the morning. Soundproofing is inadequate by modern standards, the bathroom is small, and there is a lack of accessible powerpoints for charging phones etc. Although clean, the linen was old and showed age-related fading/staining. It was not good value for money, as the room was surprisingly expensive.

Management was very accommodating and very pleasant! The room was slightly dated but of great value. The management made up for any thing that was not awesome.

- Rachel (5/5): Location met our needs but management do not appear to have a handle on managing quality control. - Great location Despite having booked for 3 guests, the motel did not provide crockery for 3, nor face cloths for 3. The blanket on end of double bed had a dirty mark / stain on it so had to request a clean one. We found a couple of hairs on sheets. The toilet area smelt of stale urine.

- Jack (6/5): Convenient for an overnight stay - The staff member that checked me in was friendly and courteous. The room appeared clean, bed / lounge area was spacious enough. Also what was good is the heater in the room and, thankfully, the remote for the reverse cycle aircon was in the room! Previous hotel I stayed at (another location in Sydney) did not have the aircon remote anywhere to be seen in the room. Small bar fridge was more than I needed and very clean, kept things cold as it should, and was silent. Bed was ok but old. Needs replacing. Bathroom - I am 5'10", 83kg so not a large person by any means. However, you wouldn't want to be larger than me trying to access the toilet. The toilet is positioned right next to the shower, but would be better described as sandwiched between the shower and the wall with barely any elbow room. The bathroom sink, which is immediately in front of the toilet, is small. The tap washer needs to be replaced also as there is a slow drip even after turning the taps off well.
