Bed was so uncomfortable and mattress was filthy it had 2 mattress protectors on it l put the spare blanket on top of the mattress thinking it might make it more comfortable. Don’t understand why they don’t update beds. When you travel all you need is a good sleep after travelling a long distance. Very disappointing mattress was all stained as well very unhygienic. Grounds and surroundings were beautiful.

As stated when booked through booking.com there was no coffee machine nor chocolates for guests in our room. Air-conditioned also did not work. Mentioned it but no reply . Hotel dining was a bit of a walk also. Also no light or lamp in lounge area if u wanted to read . So a bit of false advertising.

Bedrooms were warm since there were no air conditioning vents or split systems in them. The ceiling fan was not enough. Need to leave the living room door open in an attempt to try to cool the bedrooms; however, this made adult conversations very limited conversations. Squeaky bathroom door. No shade for cars. I was expecting to find children's playground equipment and other activities. Pool showers were terrible to use.

Water and biscuits in the fridge was a nice surprise. The room was huge, clean and had heaps of space for luggage. Room was quiet even though we had neighbours. Wifi and TVs in the rooms was great. Super clean and staff were lovely. We didn't use the bbq or spa facilities. Easy to get around. The only real complaint is that the furniture was all very uncomfortable. Dining chairs were so hard, the bed mattress was too hard for my preference. No power points in the rooms to charge devices.

- Rossanna (9/5): Hidden gem - The hotel has great view of the sea and swimming pool. Staff were friendly and helped with shuttle service, booking the van for the day and tuk tuk. The dining area was great, there are plenty of chairs, tables and sun lounger. The Tili bar, although small, is also good, especially the happy hour. The food is great with plenty of food selection like Filipino food, Italian, etc. The breakfast selection is also good like Filipino breakfast, continental, pancakes and more. The location is quiet, so if you want to relax, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this resort. Nothing really, maybe just opportunity to improve more than anything like more toilet paper and warmer water for the shower.

- Wendy (6/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The carpets needed a good clean. The place is a little bit tired and dated. The bed wasn't all that comfortable as we continually rolled into the middle. They supplied 1 roll of toilet paper and guests had to walk to reception to get additional supplies. A bit odd!

- Amanda (7/5): Good place to stay if your interested in golf. - We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms. Rooms had been upgraded so fairly modern amenities. Had full fridge/freezer, basic utensils and crockery. No cooking facilities other than a microwave & toaster. Pool was small but nice, very busy everyday as it was summer holidays. Property is out of town with access to the country club and golf course. Free parking on site. Lots of kangaroos and rabbits! One room the bathroom door didn't close and would pop open as soon as there was any air movement. The 2nd room the couch was uncomfortable to sit on. Bed was hard. Lots of bugs in the evening, but that can be summer in the countryside. Had to invest in some bug spray as they would be all over the door when you opened it. On our last night the smoke alarm went off twice in one room at about 10-11pm! Had to get maintenance to come and they removed temporarily. They didn't service the rooms at all during our 4 night stay. Had to go buy toilet paper.
