• Leigh (8/5): Clean and comfortable with very friendly and accommodating staff/management. I recommend it. - Very helpful staff. The lady managing the cleaning was very accommodating and provided me with some leeway around check-out time as the rooms were being cleaned. Very polite.

• Wilson (7/5): - Bed very comfortable, good value for money. Walking distance to attractions Room could be improved with a little attention to detail. E.g, ironing board had no cover, sheer curtain om rod in the cupboard with the ironing board
• Rebekah (7/5): Good location but rooms could use an update. - Good location, easy to find & car park was adequate. Bed was uncomfortable & there was no staff onsite when we got there so I had to wait 30mins before we could check-in.
• Mel (2/5): Only good for a one night emergency stay. - Location The toilet smells, the curtains torn and difficultues opening the big curtains. The sofa needs steam cleaning the smell permeates amd left unpleasant smell on clotges left of couch. At 6.00am othe clients a group of families were awake talking loudly and knocking on each others doors, playing music. Not pleasant when you want an extra hour for morning sleep before going to work the following day. The AC was not working. The room had a musky smell. No complementary coffee and tea or jug although thetr are milk pods in the fridge. Albeit, it was a roof over our head for a night. Had stayed here before, felt it has spiral since weve last stayed here.

• JUDE (1/5): Good Bed, I shouldn't have to clean my accommodation never stay again and I don't recommend - Bed was the only thing was nice The Only thing going for this Motel is the Bed it was comfortable, as for the cleanliness , I've worked in Hotel/Motel industry and this was terrible, bathrooms had hair, stains on curtains, the room smelled, I stayed for 3 days bed was never made and clean towels not left, I went and bought cleaning products to disinfect. I don't usual complain but when you pay for accommodation to expect a certain kind of standard. Dishes were dirty and no cold water in fridge. Cold water was warm, the wifi was shit. and my door knob from inside was broken and didn't like the big spiders Broken Smoke Alarm

• Ray (9/5): - Excellent service from reception when we arrived. It was a late booking and a late arrival. The room was in very good condition. My only issue was the A/C took a while to kick in as it was a very warm night! (High 20's) The location was excellent as we arrived hungry and found many food choices close by. Would definitely stay here again! The only gripe was the noise from passing traffic, mainly due to it being a Friday night and hoons driving up and down the main Street. It did settle down later in the evening.

• Hayter (7/5): - Good location, good value, good size room. Lovely reception lady. Quiet, didn't hear people in surrounding rooms. No bed rails for the bunk beds. ( Reception offered a mattress on the floor as a work around if I wanted) Run down looking pool and bbq area.
• Megan (1/5): - Not a lot. Was walking distance to a pizza shop The whole place is very run down. Information online and in the room is completely wrong. They do NOT do breakfast nor do they supply washing detergent. When asked about both they said it was the previous owners. Bathroom had mould on the walls and dried toothpaste on the taps. One of the coffee cups had dried coffee stuck to the bottom of the cup. Bedding was covered in stains. Would definitely not recommend.

• Allan (4/5): Disappointing - The room was not properly cleaned, there was stains on the carpet and curtain, There was virtually no toilet paper (only one or two sheets left on the roll) There was false finger nails on the floor behind the bed. The electric blanket was not connected, I found only one power cord which when connected did work, we called staff for a second cord for the other side, which didn't work anyway. (Staff tried to tell me that the electric blanket only required one power lead ?? WRONG ) As I was thinking we might be late arriving, I tried to ring to ascertain when reception was closing. I left a message with a return phone number, I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL

• Rebecca (8/5): Convenient overnight stay - We needed an overnight stay while travelling south. We chose this motel for the price and because we could get a bath. The room was clean and comfortable and my kids loved having a bath. The motel is fairly old and the enamal coating on the bath was damaged. The crockery and cuttlery hadn't been checked so there was uneven numbers of cuttlery and crockery.

• Mark (4/5): Come home wanting a nice clean shower - The bed seemed clean and comfortable Bathroom was dirty, shower still had someone else’s razor in there, hair on the floor, snot on the wall of shower and what looked like blood on the lower tiles in shower. Bathroom looked as though it was 1/2 way through getting done up, grout smeared all over tiles and window and door frames and ran out of hot water

• Alan (5/5): This inn is OK for short stays. - Bed was very comfortable. Towels & other linen were very good. Did not have breakfast available at all although booking.com said it was available & inn’s own brochure said that they did have breakfast available. It was one of the main reasons that I chose this inn. Being in a country town many cafe’s close for Christmas Day & Boxing Day, the period that I stayed. Bed-side drawer still had rubbish in it, from previous user of room.
