Our cabin was quite private and we enjoyed sitting on the verandah for meals - thankful for the mozzie coils provided. Everything was clean and tidy and gardens lush and well maintained. Nothing!

Josena (6/5): If you want a camping experience near the park then this is a great option. - It is a good location, just outside Litchfield Park boundary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staying in the cabin was just a small step up from camping… small, outdated, insects. The property offers breakfast, but no other meals so unless you want to prepare something in the cabin’s tiny kitchenette, you have to drive aways to get to a couple of restaurant options.

Andrea (6/5): Teures Cabin, nach der Regenzeit nicht für die Vermietung ok. - Wir hatten Cabin 5. der Parkplatz ist direkt davor, die Anlage ist großzügig. Eigener Grill. Optisch alles nett, aber sehr muffigere Geruch im Cabin. Die Cabin roch stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Es waren einige Kakerlaken unterwegs und die Die Mikrowelle funktioniert nicht einwandfrei. Die Rezeption war in der Nebensaison wenig besetzt, sodass wir nach den Touren keinen Ansprechpartner hatten. Da das Café geschlossen war musste man zur nächsten Möglichkeit weit fahren. Insekten in der Matratze.

And I loved the outdoor shower!! Was hard to resist the temptation to stay in the shower for a long time, while enjoying the view! The only thing we wish we had known was the fact that we didn’t have a stove. I had read that it was a small kitchenette. I had interpreted it as having a stove. But the facilities only included a kettle and a microwave. We managed for 2 nights. But better to be organised to cook without the stove. Our French neighbours ended up going to cook in the shared kitchen space near the pool to prepare their pasta.
Miller (10/5): Perfect Getaway in Litchfield - We had an amazing stay, with such a convenient location close to the Litchfield swimming spots. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and had all the essentials we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we even received a lovely little Easter egg treat on checkout, which was a nice touch. The park itself was well maintained, with a great family-friendly atmosphere, kids riding bikes and everyone just enjoying their time. Our teenagers stayed in their own spacious bungalow, which was perfect for them. It had everything they needed, including a fridge and a small kitchen area. The shared bathroom facilities were very clean and conveniently located close to the bungalow. We stayed in our own ensuite bungalow, which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a large veranda complete with a BBQ and utensils, and it was wonderful to wake up and spend time out there with the family. The kiosk was also really handy, offering helpful information and any supplies you might need for your stay. We visited over the Easter long weekend, and the nearby swimming holes were just a short distance away, absolutely magical. It was such a nice place to return to after a day of exploring Litchfield. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thanks so much!
James (10/5): Ben and Shelly provided outstanding customer service and a highly comfortable and spacious room! - I really enjoyed the highly postive and enthusiastic attitude of Shelly and Ben, the two managers who provided outstanding customer service during my stay! The room was very comfortable, spacious and very pleasant! Shelly and Ben's customer service was outstanding! Given all the rain and damage caused by a typhoon/cyclone, I wasn't confident that I would be able to drive to the property, however, Shelly put me at ease and told me I shouldn't have any serious problems driving to this property! She was absolutely correct! Had I never received her wonderful encouragement, I would never have even considered drivng to this property, given all the terrible flooding in the region!

Dr_Igor_1971 (8/5): A perfect base for exploring the beauty of Litchfield National Park - We had a very comfortable stay at Litchfield Tourist Park, a peaceful, family-run place ideally located at the gateway to Litchfield National Park. The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, and basic utensils — perfect for a short, relaxing stay. We also used the nearby shared bathroom and toilet facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to our cabin. The BBQ area attached to our cabin was very handy and well-kept, making outdoor meals easy and enjoyable. The park itself is surrounded by native trees and wildlife, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated cooking area in our cabin, so we had to prepare breakfast using the BBQ facilities. A small stove or shared cooking space would make the stay even more convenient.

Michael (7/5): Litchfield Tourist Park.. - Convenient location to Litchfield tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation and amenities were looking a bit tired and neglected. Lacked some general maintenance around the cabin areas such as painting and lighting. There is no night lighting from cabins to amenities block, essential as cabins do not have bathroom/toilet facilities. Remove debris and leaves off roofs, tidying up landscaping WiFi and internet would be a great asset too.

Cheryl (8/5): We had a lovely comfortable stay! - We had a lovely secluded cabin. It had a rustic feel with a lovely ambience in the room and very comfy bed. There was a great deck with a nice view to sit and have dinner. The pool was great! The sliding door to the bathroom/toilet needed some attention as it did not want to stay closed. Everything else was good.
