It is clear that the entire complex requires thorough pest control to address the ongoing issues we experienced. Additionally, the oven and stove need immediate repairs to ensure that future guests have a functional and comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly. TV had sky, which was great for the kids. The wifi was fast. The room was lovely, clean and warm. The beds were so comfy. We had a great experience and will be back soon. Really not much.. the shower didnt drain well probably due to hair being stuck but thats being nit picky.. the cleanliness was definitely good enough to be comfortable. We will definitely be back

Room had a warm vibe to it and found bed comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay will return for sure. The parking wasn't the greatest too small and have to squeeze between cars and a first in first serve type of parking.

Rooms are quiet dont hear no neighbour's. Staff lovely and helpful we stayed 2 nights. The internet isn't strong enough. it wouldn't let us watch TV at all online. Only feedback would be to make sure tvs work with strong connection in all rooms

The aircon unit didn't get the room as cool as I would like, i think it needed a service. I don't travel light, and I was on the second floor, so next time I will ask for a ground floor unit as there is no lift.

Stephanie (3/5): Whilst the motel was well priced and we didn’t expect too much for the price it was still lacking. - Enough beds and space. Good laundry facility to use. Very dated, shower leaked out door onto floor somewhat. Our family suit/room didn’t even have a sink in the kitchen, you filled up the kettle in bathroom. Table in room all sticky and in need of a sand and revarnish or replace. Also, the night we stayed there were several groups of people who clearly had booked several rooms, who were gathering for drinks and music (ie semi party). We had a baby with us and it felt like you really couldn’t do much about it ie complain.

Close to supermarkets and takeaway - We knew what to expect as we have stayed before and we like the option of a double and a single bed, the kitchen facilities and the generous bathroom bench space. We wanted to have a spa but there seemed to be people in there every time we checked so we gave up.

The room was clean with comfy beds and memory pillows all round and the mokos and I favey was the pool and spa. The staff went over and beyond to our evey needs and allowed me to have my furbaby and family members to visit whilst there . Recommend 100 percent 👌 thank-you guys ❤️ Having my little furbaby stay would have been complete as I normally take him to pet freindly places. it's ashame Whangarei don't have pet freindly places with pools 😪 .
