• Glen (3/5): Ruined by the loud music from the bar across the road - Close to beach Bar across the road plays very loud music until later every night…..my kids couldn’t get to sleep, you can’t enjoy the balcony at night.

• Bezemer (10/5): A spacious, clean and convenient apartment in a beautiful, quiet town - Loved the location in the gorgeous town of Moffat Beach. The apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. Loved the Wifi. Loved the pool. The carpark is amazing, especially being underground! Loved how close we were to the beach and the location to a variety of nearby beaches on the Sunshine Coast. Great coffee a few minutes walk away. Beautiful staff on departure and loved that we weren't bothered by staff or anyone during our stay, it was so peaceful! The single beds had terrible mattresses which were uncomfortable and the bedroom with the single beds in it felt damp and musty, from humidity perhaps. The building rock works along the beach started early in the morning and the noise was a shame but that can't be helped and will be great when its finished!

• Anna (8/5): Great spot if you want to be on Moffat Beach. - Location The pillows. No face cloths. Owner had bits and bobs around the unit (meant to be in locked cupboards but some were not locked and some had signs please don’t use) Construction was noisy over the road but could not be helped.
• Alice (10/5): - Perfect location, especially for families. It was directly across from the beach, cafes and playground. Lovely pool and so nice to be able to walk everywhere. Would definitely come back again. We liked everything about our stay. But if I were to suggest one change, a bigger bed (King) in the master would have been a nice feature. Also a proper doona covers instead of doona between 2 sheets. But still the bed was very comfy.

• Julie (10/5): We will be back in November and may even book for May - location is excellent. The view was a little compromised by the council beach works but that will be finished one day and has nothing to do with the property. maybe 2 bathroom sinks for 4 people would be better than 1

• Francesca (10/5): Comfortable stay with a great view on the corner 5th floor number 42 was the best room - We loved everything about the resort, beautiful pool, comfortable beds, great aspect and close proximity to beaches. The only thing that spoilt our view was the busy crane and rock works across the road, but that was just bad timing on our part. I would recommend the Norfolks to all my friends, I would just wait until the rock works are finished. Just the lack of rock work noise

• Julie (8/5): Very relaxing location - What’s not to like about Moffat Beach! And location location location of Norfolks. Pleasantly appointed although bedrooms quite small for a 3bed apartment, particularly the 2nd. Pool area excellent & can walk straight over to parkland & beach areas. Disappointed that we weren’t advised that there was NO AIRCON in the LIVING area. Had to leave doors open for cross breeze & as quite windy, become problematic with trying to control breeze & have at least some cool air on the extremely warm days. Also apartment was a Cnr one on the western end so the heat beat in even with the blinds down. Seriously needs plantation shutters at least to again be able to have some control over airflow. Would stay again but only in an apartment with FULL aircon.

• Carol (9/5): Warm welcome. Stunning outlook. I have mobility issues, while on balcony I felt part of pool, beach. - The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the large balcony which afforded sunshine and shade areas.The view to the beach and ocean was superb. We tended to eat at the many cafes on the street but everything is there to cook in the kitchen. It wasnt too noisy. Just occasional traffic noise but not like the other main coastal beaches. A very pleasant ambiance, great for families too. I had trouble finding access to the pool from my room due to not being able to navigate the long stairways with my walker Limited mobility with knee damage. We walked around the outside footpath eventually to cafes and pool area.

• Sherenne (9/5): In all, had a really pleasant stay despite the rain...enjoyed the outlook, was easy to relax. - Norfolks was situated in a very pleasant location, ocean view, shops nearby. Found the 2nd bedroom a tad small, otherwise main bed, lounge/dining/kitchen/deck were ample space. Garage fine, a bit more security (enclosing the open areas) would be optimal but it was easy to access both ways. Lift convenience fantastic and pool access very easy and most enjoyable. The Management/staff were amazingly helpful and their assistance was much appreciated over an extended period of time. I really do not like tiny second bedrooms; they seem mostly suitable for small children - not adults but since they are already built, not much can be done about that.

• Ros (5/5): Glad to get home. - Not much. Proximity to restaurants and beach although rock wall building restricted access. Plenty of pots and pans. Sandwich maker. The complex manager, Gay, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us. No Airconditioning in lounge/kitchen area. No privacy at all and very noisy surrounds. Nothing in the kitchen cupboards except a 200ml of UHT milk, a few straws of sugar and a few teabags - only one tea towel and minimal kitchen cleaning requirements. Poor Airconditioning in main bedroom. Broken smoke detector in lounge/kitchen area. No instructions for 'fancy' microwave and oven Impossible remote control for TV. Instructions were definitely needed for it. Superficially simplistic. Had to ask for more towels. Smell of mulch being laid outside our windows overwhelming. Had to close windows and Airconditioning ineffective. Empty liquid hand wash in main bathroom.

• E'amon (8/5): Lovely relaxing break . - Lovely older resort , right next to lovely eating places and opposite the beach.It was very clean , in our room : everything working well and comfortable, great view and location, beautifully maintained gardens . Great pool area .lovely staff . Very friendly feel . I do recommend. No airconditioning in main area , their area is very large and has one ceiling fan . It was almost unbearably hot when we stayed there .room 38 Top floor middle room .Had door open all night and got bitten by midges ? No fly screens. We really loved here, I would not stay here again in this room or one without airconditioning. Bedrooms had air conditioners were fine. Not all the units would be like this , so I would check esp in warmer months , prior to booking . It is a walk to the supermarket,If staying a few nights bring extras , tea , dishwashing , washing powder etc . We ate in and needed a little more but after office hours where you can purchase more . Just a little thing but might help.
• ANGELA (7/5): Comfortable and relaxing - The check in was easy and the staff were great and very friendly. The pool was clean. The resort is in a great spot. with a couple of places to eat near by. Unfortunately the council was rebuilding the beach with enormous boulders, hence the noise was loud with trucks coming and going all the time. The fence was also fenced off with a small entrance to a very small part to be used. This is not the resorts fault but would of liked to be advised as this is a years project.

• Matthew (2/5): Failed to honour type of room reserved - Not a terribly bad property, but I booked an "Ocean View Upper Level Apartment" and they stuck me on level 2 right outside the pool and all the screaming little people. Definitely not the relaxing stay I had hoped for. The hotel is 5 stories tall, level 2 is not "Upper Level".

I felt that the holiday makers and the permanent residents were committed to having a restful time. The continual noise of heavy construction. I prefer the temp in the outdoor spa to be hotter.

Very slippery tiles throughout. Unlucky that there were three excavators ruining what would have been a stunning view. They were out the front next to the park, we assume fixing up the retaining wall of the beach.

Comfy beds. No beach towels or body soap provided. Not enough toiletries or tea and coffee. The main clock didn’t work. The TV only played live TV as it wouldn’t connect to the internet. The pool and spa were lovely but too cold for an overcast day.

Booking.com advised the room would have a bath, and it did not. 2. Only one bedroom had aircon 3. There were only sheets on the bed, with uncovered doonas in the cupboard 4. Booking.com advised I would be on a ground level unit, which was preferred due to a knee injury. I was put on the top floor. although there was a lift, it made it more challenging 5. the carpark was very "tight" and challenging to park in 6. the tumble dryer did not work

• Susan (8/5): Very comfortable & great location & view. - The location & access was great. The reception was especially helpful with early checkin & additional car parking. We rented apartment 34 with 3 bedrooms. We were able to organise portable cots & highchairs for 2 year old twins. The pool was great. Unfortunately it rained all week but we were able to swim in the pool & not the beach. The noise from the restaurants was a bit excessive especially on Saturday night. Loud car & bike noise was concerning. The internet was not working for the first few days which was very annoying. We had 2 year old twins in portable cots which we found difficult to fit into the room. Would have been easier if we could have taken out 1 of the beds to make room for the cots.

• Lorelle (2/5): I WONT BE BACK TO NORFOLKS ON MOFFAT - THE VIEW 10/10 - Location was AMAZING with an incredible view and nice pool. Great balcony and again that view 10/10. We stayed in apartment 25, wifi was good, beds were ok. Check-in and check-out was easy. Secure underground parking. Walking distance to great lil cafes and restaurants. Nice little park directly in front of the apartments and of course the beach. 5 min from a Coles or Woolies. That is all I have that’s nice to say about this place. The price I paid I expected better!! For a fully equipped apartment you think they would provide the basic necessities like toilet paper, tea towels, dish cloths and dishwashing liquid of some sort. How can you wash your dishes with no basics and if you didn’t wash them you would be charged at the end of your stay. I didn’t expect to have to bring my whole kitchen sink from home to stay in a “FULLY EQUIPPED” apartment. The smell from the dishwasher had me dry reaching 🤢 so there was no way I was using that. ANTS are EVERYWHERE in the kitchen. No aircon in the main living area except for the two bedrooms. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul and also smelt. No pressure in the shower. There was an issue with some boys in the pool, who were just being kids, but were too “rowdy” for other occupants (on-site managers) and the way the man handled that was disgusting. He had a bright led torch and shined it directly in my daughter’s eyes telling her to get out of the pool. We weren’t even apart of the so called noise from the other swimmers. Apparently guests can’t enjoy the pool at 8pm (it’s open until 9) but the unit next door who are permanent residents can have drunk boys coming and going and disturbing the peace at 1:30am, trying to get into my apartment by mistake. I would only recommend this place for the view. I do not have photos to share, but I do have videos and you cannot upload videos.
