• Guest (9/5): Cute, warm, easy process with great communication. - The location was awesome. The house is super cute and in summer, the garden would be really great to hang out in. We didn’t have the best weather to fully appreciate it. The kettle and toaster need updating. The kettle is black on the inside and the toaster doesn’t work unless you keep your finger on the slide.
• Margaret (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was so spacious, well maintained with comfy furnishings, particularly the beds. We had been on the road for a week so it was great to find a washing machine and a wonderful bath! The building is very close to the water so we had a number of very nice strolls along the foreshore. Also within easy walking distance were a range of eating places. An excellent stay!

• Kim (10/5): Perfect. Comfortable, cosy, great host, easy to find, fab location. Highly recommend. - Communication from the host was great - we knew where to park and where to find keys easily. The unit is well taken care of and cosy with everything we needed provided. Lovely light kitchen and comfy bedrooms decorated beautifully. Everything was fantastic - including location - being so near the bay and coffee shop made for a wonderful stay. Nothing to improve upon and nothing we didn't enjoy.

The instructions were very easy to follow and very friendly. The ambience of the apartment was great. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend this apartment to others and gladly come back. There was nothing we did not like.

• Matthew (10/5): - This was the nicest accommodation that we had whilst in Tasmania for our holiday. It had everything that you need, and is very homely. The apartment is in a basement area below the height of the main road, so it is very quiet, but has windows in a northly easterly aspect that let light throughout the apartment. It has a large outdoor courtyard and has access to the beach (approx 50 metres) via a public access driveway. The apartment has two large bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry and large bathroom. Extremely clean and fully stocked, including a pod style coffee machine (pods included). Approx 5 mins drive from Hobart, with it's own undercover parking spot, and there is a small grocer/deli/coffee shop across the road. I can recommend this apartment to anyone.

Spotlessly clean and spacious, a beautiful sunny and well equipped kitchen, a lovely veranda and garden to sit in, although Hobart's weather wasn't conducive to that! Beds were super comfortable with crisp cotton bed linen, lovely decor and super quiet. There's beach access and a fantastic supermarket across the road with great coffee and readymade meals. A small shopping centre is a few minutes walk along Sandy Bay Road. A perfect place, we're sorry we only had two nights. Nothing whatsoever to dislike.

Great for a family or group of friends. Overlooks a lovely garden. The driveway and parking was a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle but you do get to park off the street undercover which is great.

Small but well stocked shopping centre 800m flat walk, but a superb cafe and deli 50m across the road. Car parking on street sometimes busy. Nothing - all good.
