- Helen (10/5): Solo trip - Property manager Pam was extremely approachable, understanding and helpful. Late self check in instructions were very clear, and the process was also easy. Managed to get a parking each and everyday. The unit was slightly dated but clean, spacious, and reasonably well equipped. There is a small mall just 40 meters away! It had everything I needed. I cannot ask for more! Awesome stay and I would stay here again without hesitation if it’s still under the same management!

- Tana (2/5): - The staff was rude and not helpful at all! The person was very NEGATIVE. I had never encountered anything like this in any of my bookings before. I highly would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t waste your time.
- Debbie (6/5): - Clean, simple accommodation, close to a small shopping centre. Although the room had air conditioning in the living area, the cooler air didn't really reach the bedroom, so it was a bit hot - even with the fan on. Although undercover parking was advertised, in reality it was rarely available as the car park seemed to be already full most of the time we were there, so we parked on the street or in the shopping centre car park.

- Richard (10/5): Good for long stays - Stayed 6 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Had all the ammenities we needed. Great secured under building parking for free. Close to PA Hospital, shops and transport. Easy access to motorway and Brisbane CBD. Apartment was reasonably spacious and included everything we required, kitchen was well equipped.

Hosts were lovely, we were fortunate to be able to check in early, they were really accommodating with access to underground secure parking. Rooms have been renovated in great condition, it was clean, plenty of room, big shower and comfortable bed. Buranda shops are easy walking distance with variety of food shops, Woolworths and a pharmacy.

Also, one of the managers insisted I park nose in first. I don't know why this was necessary. I have a big car and this can make it harder to reverse out if there are cars behind me. On the other side, the place was clean and the receptionist friendly and helpful.

The two bath towels, hand towls, and face cloths would also not be relaced until the 4th day. There was no room cleaning done during my 3 day stay. Overall i would not recommend staying here as I found it NOT good value for money.

- Stella (10/5): Great hotel easy walk to PA Hospital - This is our third stay here, the apartments are under friendly new management, standards have been upheld. Easy to find and easy to access the Pacific Motorway to return South. There is a lap swimming pool at the apartments. close by is a small shopping centre with Woolworths, Target,chemist, Medical centre. Hair dresser, and nail centre etc and a taxi rank. There is a variety of food outlets in the block, with many nationalities represented. Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, American, etc.

No mosquito screens in windows but has fan and air con. Free wifi was a big help and kitchenette provided me with everything I needed to have for all meals if I so chose.

- Graham (2/5): No way is this a 4.5 star hotel, 2 star at best - Check in is supposed to be 2pm but the staff leave at 12 midday. Room is small and cluttered and bathroom floor was dirty. No phone to call reception, not that there is anybody in the building to help anyway. King bed is very uncomfortable, it is 2 singles stuck together leaving a lump down the centre. Curtains are not blackout. Bed head had stains on it. Woke 30 mins before having to leave and the hot water tap fell off in the shower leaving me and my partner no option to shower before a flight back to Sydney. Staff didn't seem to care upon check out and barely apologised let alone offering any compensation. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING. THIS IS NOT A 4.5 STAR HOTEL. PICK SOMETHING ELSE PEOPLE.

Cleaning scent too strong. Let us leave our car there day of check out while we went back to hospital. Very comfortable. xlnt shower. Amazingly quiet even with window open. Opening window wonderful feature. Quiet fan. Not all rooms have balcony (not mentioned on website - had assumed we would have balcony but fact that window opened was terrific). Construction few doors down so some noise by 7am - not significant.

Rather private, quite peaceful and most importantly, undercover parking. Was a perfect little room for an overnight stay, although it was equipped well for a week or more (had laundry plus basic cleaning stuff etc) Its also opposite a main shopping ctr,, need I say more? :)
