The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained, enjoyed clean pool and spa with cold beer, which made for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to town and plenty of food outlets, making it easy to get around without needing to drive. Having stayed in few other hotels and motels in Dubbo, this one was by far the better experience.

The location is perfect—close to shops and very convenient. There is plenty of parking available, which made everything easy. The BBQ area and swimming pool were great additions and well kept. An EV charging station is also available, which is a big plus for electric vehicle users. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. - Gillian (9/5): - The room works really well with plenty of space. The two single beds are in their own area, away from the large bed creating a feeling of a separate room. The pool is not visible from the street, which is great, and there were pool toys for the kids to play with. The air conditioning worked well, even through the heatwave. Easy to find. Clean large room and a good host. It looks like the room is receiving updates as they can. The spa bath needs replacing, it took away from the positives of the room.

Some of the best showers with pressure I’ve had at hotels/motels. Also love the quirky designs to the rooms and hotel Small detail but pillows were like sleeping on rocks, and had 2 different rooms over 2 nights due to rebooking. First room shower was perfect, second night room 4 shower was semi broken and dribbled out. Very poor

Cleaning could be better - paid a little more for the better room with a bathtub, but didn't end up using it because it was filthy (built up dust, dirt and dead bugs inside). Bathroom exhaust was also half-attached. That said, the shower itself was clean, toilet was clean, sheets and pillowcases were clean, and bed was comfortable for the night, so the place did it's job as a one-night stopover.
