• Euan (9/5): Great location, great facilities, great room. Great service. - Great room, great setup. Great bathroom great amenities. Great location right in the centre of town. There was a little bit of noise coming from other guests from their rooms, and because it is an uncarpeted stairway and foyer area the sound just echoed. A suggestion may be put a runner of carpet or some material on the stairs and a rug in the foyer area as all the rooms are very close together apart from that really great place to stay really friendly people in Wagga. I would recommend staying there.

• Sylvia (7/5): Really lovely accomodation in the centre of town. - Location was fantastic, ample secure parking was provided and communication with the owners/staff was prompt and helpful! There was quite a lot of noise in the building due to the slamming of heavy doors. It made a sleep in really difficult (when exhausted, it's hard to rest as it is). Our room was also very small (smaller than expected). For one night and for a couple it was fine, but for a couple of nights or longer, it would have been an issue.

Also the apartment complex and car park was very secure. As a solo traveller this was important to me. Noise from the street. Windows not noise proofed so Saturday, Sunday and even Monday night I had very disrupted sleep as suite 6 faces Bayliss Street.

• Lynn-Li Michelle (10/5): Apartment in convenient location - The apartment was in a good location easily accessibly to shops, park, river and the visitor info centre. The carpark is a secure gated one requiring a PIN, which I appreciated as a traveller. The bathroom was bright and clean. Instructions provided were clear and detailed. My room was located one floor up and there were only stairs, which I was actually happy about cos I usually prefer the workout option :) but wanted to mention for awareness to anyone who might have mobility concerns. There is a room on ground level though. Great place to stay for a stopover between Sydney and Melbourne! Thank you, Civic Apartments :)
• Marjorie (10/5): Very wheelchair friendly and comfortable apartment - The apartment felt spacious and easy for a wheelchair to manoeuvre around. We also liked having access to the linen cupboard which was stored with extra towels and bath mats especially after showering my client we could dry the floor surface thoroughly making it a safer area to work around. The location is also right in the centre surrounded by shops so everything was in walking distance. Overall very comfortable place and would highly recommend.

The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The apaetment was clean and it is located in town centre. The view was not great but it did not matter as we only stayed fir a night as we were passing through.

• Rob (9/5): Only one night but superb stay - Accessing the property via a code rather than a key was a unique experience. I guess the bonus is there was no way of losing the keycard etc. Amenities were perfect and comfortable. Only 1 chair even though the suite sleeps two people and then no table to actually sit and eat at was a little problematic. Could be a positive or a negative but no physical human connection with desk staff was a unique experience.
