- Alana (7/5): - It was beautifully decorated and felt very homely. It was a lovely old building. The location doesn’t get any better, and was very close to the beach and restaurants, but the street was still quiet. The double bed in our room was comfortable. It was clean and good value for money. We had rain while we were there and because there are no seals under the door or around the kitchen window, the water came in. We had to use towels along the door to stop water coming in. The room with the 2 single size beds are not ideal for teenagers as they are in a space with a wall either end. So if you are taller then a regular single bed, you can’t hang your feet over the end and have to bend to fit.

- Bones73 (9/5): Sehr schöne Lage! - Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, eher schon ein kleines Appartment, mit Küche und Esstisch Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, alle wichtigen Infos haben wir vor der Anreise von ihr bekommen Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut, direkt am Bondi Beach und Pool, die vielen schönen Lokale und Shops sind fußläufig zu erreichen Im Angebot ist ein Frühstück enthalten, dieses war für Europäer wirklich sehr überschaubar, es handelte sich eher um eine Erweiterung des üblichen Kaffe/ Teesortiments, nämlich Müsli, Kekse, Obst, Milch und Jogurt. Aber alles war köstlich, wir haben uns unsere Goodies eben dazugekauft.

- Susie & Reini (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen. - Die Lage ist toll. 3 Minuten zum Bondi Beach, zu Restaurants und Cafés, dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Bushaltestellen für Bus 333 in die City (Circular Quai) nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zimmer individuell und persönlich eingerichtet, sehr gute Matratze, alles sehr sauber. Gartenzimmer hat Extra-Eingang über die Terrasse mit Schlüssel zum Absperren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Keine Kritik - nur Anmerkung: Bad/Toilette ist relativ klein. Kein direkter Zimmerservice. Wenn man etwas braucht (frische Handtücher etc.) bitte die Verwalterin kontaktieren. Das ist dann aber unproblematisch und freundlich.

- Christine (7/5): Pas un bed & breakfast mais juste un bed... - La décoration, la proximité de la plage Nous avons payé pour 1 petit déjeuner pour 3 personnes pour 2 jours. Nous avons eu : 2 pommes 1 poire (pas mûre), 4 petites gaufres industrielles hyper sucrées, du mueli 4 briquettes de lait, quelques petits biscuits... Nous avons du acheter notre petit déjeuner le 2eme jour! En quittant le logement, nous avons croisé la manager qui n'était pas surprise et nous a répondu que la plupart des résidents prenaient leur petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.. pourquoi le facturer dans ce cas? Au prix de la chambre c'est anormal La chambre est très bien décorée mais la salle de bain est miniscule. Pas de sèche cheveux Pas de possibilité de laisser ses bagages Le parking est facturé 50$ la journée Aucun membre du personnel n'est présent. Il s'agit d'une grande maison et chaque pièce est une chambre. C'est très beau mais trop cher pour ce que c'est selon les Australiens avec qui nous avons parlé : 707€ pour 3 personnes pour 2 jours tout de même !

The accomodation was a great size and super close to Bondi Beach, restaurants and cafes! Super easy to catch public transport too. Wendy the host was lovely and super helpful. - Charlotte (10/5): Superbe - Nous avons passés un super séjour au Bondi Beach House, super bien situé, la suite Gumleaf était très belle, propre et confortable dans ce petit havre de paix, nous avons également beaucoup appréciés les petits snacks pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que les sortes de café et thé, c’était très bien pensé pour rendre le séjour idéal!

- ALEJANDRO (5/5): It is not a hotel - Very nice location close to the Beach but in a quiet street also some boho chic decor that makes it aesthetically appealing. It is not a hotel and it is marketed in Booking as if it was. It is an AirBnB type of business without lobby, reception or service at all. There is no AC and we got zero cleaning in a 3 night stay. Beds are not too comfortable and the bath is extremely small. It would be an 8 out 10 if it was marketed as an appartment with no service but it is worse than that as you book it hoping that you will find hotel level service and then theres none of it.

- Stevie (9/5): Beautiful beach house, amazing hosts - The beach house is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a superb location by the beach. The breakfast was simple but good, with fresh fruit, granola and waffles provided, as well as decent coffee and tea. The host was wonderful - excellent communication, friendly, very helpful. I asked if they could store my luggage on the day I checked out and they just gave me a late check out instead which was so helpful as it meant I could have a shower after a trip to the beach. My only feedback is that the lock on the door isn’t very secure - the key doesn’t work easily and it didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller. I slept with my suitcases against the door.

- Chloe (8/5): Had a lovely mini break with my 2 daughters, despite the weather. Would recommend. - Great location with my 2 daughters. Very helpful and friendly management/owner. Went above and beyond. The weather - rained for 3 days! Room a bit cold, instructions to not use the heater if using other appliances. Light in kitchen very dim.

It’s also just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting around (even with luggage) super easy. Would definitely recommend!

The space heater really helped for the chilly nights and the pillows were very comfortable. Little niggles - the full length mirror was not in a location that I could actually see myself in it, and the couch could do with a little more comfortable pillows.
