• Mohea (6/5): Correct - La chambre était bien chauffée, ce qui est très appréciable en cette saison. Il y avait également des caméras et détecteurs de mouvements, ce qui donne un sentiment de sécurité. Le parking est pratique. Les serviettes étaient changées et les poubelles vidées régulièrement, mais les draps n’ont pas été changés et l’aspirateur n’était pas passé chaque jours. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait bien. Très bon point pour le spa et la piscine chauffée, vraiment agréables après une journée de visite 🌋♨️ L’emplacement est aussi pratique, proche d’un parc de geysers et du centre commercial. Le motel est ancien, tout comme l’immeuble et les équipements de la chambre. Les ustensiles et le mobilier datent un peu.
• Graham (5/5): Location good. Maybe 2 star accomodation - Location very handy to town,. Easy to find. Good for a low budget accomodation. Photos showed a crisp and tidy set up. A made bed doesn’t hide the black on tiles in the bedrooms, sticky underfoot sensation in the tiled area. It was cold and the water heater in the bedroom did not work. The host came to the room but didn’t point out heat pump controls, the additional bedding etc. The duvae was in a bag int eh cupboards, not found until the end of a cold night. Had to ask for towels as none in the room. No switches in the kitchen for jug, had to put it on a a dish table in the lounge. I was tired and would have walked out if it wasn’t for the fact I needed sleep.

• Lutz (2/5): Short and average - Didn’t stay long enough to find something we liked We booked this hotel and were put off when we pulled up. It is dated and parking is tough. We thought we might have gone to the wrong entrance. But went to reception, checked in and got to our room. It was out-dated, looked thrown together, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were put in a back alley right beside the laundry and cleaning services area. The walls are very thin so we could hear the traffic noise from inside the room. Within 15 minutes we decided to go to another hotel. The front desk did offer a different room when we decided to check out which was nice. But the place did not live up to the photos and reviews online. No refund given (but wasn’t expected) however we got a call an hour later asking us again why we left, I gave the answers again and then they proceeded to tell me the payment for the room didn’t go through… we reminded him we payed cash, and all was well. But that was the nail in the coffin with this place. Sounds like we just got a bad apple at this place, so I hope others continue to have better experiences.

• Dave (9/5): - I had to check out a day early because of my schedule change. The staff were very concerned that there might have been a problem with my room. They were very helpful in making sure I was satisfied with my stay and indeed I was. The small window in the bathroom was not able to be exactly securely closed therefore I was slightly worried someone might be able to gain access. I put a small bit of stick to remedy the issue and it was not a big problem at all because the area is all covered by security.

Not fully equipped kitchen as we couldn't find much of things in fridge or in terms of groceries. Airbnb would keep all groceries and required utensils. $250/night i felt is costly for the room.

The room the guy on reception said was an upgrade I didn't expect it to be a building site behind room. Road noise, though i guess cant be helped. Did not like we had to pay additional money to fill up spa in one bedroonm unit so did not use it. For a coupke only.would like to see motels have the options of a one bedriom having no beds in lounge and more of a lounge suite. Extra beds unnecessary for a couple.

• Elena (9/5): Everything was perfect! - The motel team was very accommodating - my hubby had a large vehicle and a trailer, and they arranged parking. The studio was very comfortable and clean. The pool was heated, and my grandson had an amazing time practicing swimming. The location is excellent – walking distance to the restaurants and a park nearby. Beds were comfortable. We booked another stay already.

• maren (9/5): Schöner Ort mit super Pool! - Die Größe des Appartements war perfekt für uns drei. Zimmer direkt neben dem Pool, dieser war super warm! Es war ruhig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Die Lage war gut für uns, direkt neben einem Park mit Schwefelsee. Ohne Auto ist es zum nächsten großen Supermarkt ca 20min zu Fuß. Bushaltestellen alle in der Nähe, die überall hin fahren Intercity terminal ca. 15min zu Fuß. Wir hatten viel Spaß dort!! Eigentlich nichts, nur das Einzelbett war etwas unbequem.

Staff helped us with the bags and gave a thank you note and free milk. Heating system was a bit temperamental and decor is a bit dated.

Noticed the new garden area which was a beautiful spot to have breakfast in the morning in the sun. Rooms could do with being updated but overall very clean and had everything you could ever need.
• janet (6/5): most enjoyable, with a friendly rapport with the manager whi is only two pleased to make every guest welcome - we enjoyed the mineral spring bath and also the heated pool, which was a little too hot but just tolerable. we liked the facilities for cooking the refrigerator the air conditioning. A few more hangers would have been nice in the wardrobe also a door handle privacy hanger requesting ‘Make up my room, OR DO NOT Disturb. any stays over three days + would be nice to have the carpet vacuumed.

Was a bonus to have a laundry and cooking facilities in the apartment. It was really comfortable and homely. Absolutely enjoyed our stay, wr will be back. Parking was the on the tricky side with a big van, but the lovely staff gave us another option to park in. Very grateful.
