Good AC and wifi. Right next to Memorial Park. Walking distance to a few different food and coffee outlets. Nothing fancy but it had all I needed.

• Dora (8/5): Very nice, peaceful stay at a crazy Affordable Rate - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were always eager to help and answer any concerns or questions I had quickly and kindly. I also liked the affordable rates compared to the area. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to check in and out. They had plenty of table space to eat. A second pillow would have been nice. I had my mother with me so we had to share and get one pillow each. The pillows are very soft so another one would have helped with my posture. Other than that, there isn't anything else I didn't like.

• Kelly (9/5): Great stay, good location, a hidden gem for cost effiency - .everything was smooth , the staff was excellent, we arrived late she was ok when i called..she suggested a different room when we got there .only wished we had more towels
• Brittney (5/5): - Clean rooms and showers. Close to restaurants and dinning and bars. Staff was extremely rude. Told me and my partner to not smoke in the rooms at least 5 times during the check in process. Staff told me I was lucky to have been checking in the time I had arrived there at the property because he was going to give my room away. Staff watched my door from the check in window for several minutes as we were unloading our luggage from our vehicle Staff had a room directly next to ours and kept his door Ajar and was peeping through said door every time I would open my door. It was so uncomfortable staying there. We spent most of the night away from the property.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Great price/quality and nice location. - Very good for the price, clean, a/c, tv, fridge, etc, everything in working condition. Everything is a bit aged, but for the price, it's hard to find anything better. Location is great - there are many restaurants around within walking distance, and a huge park for walking. It is right off the highway ramp, so driving or taking Uber anywhere in the city is super convenient, also a downtown bus stop right in front. Some furniture really needs maintenance. The chair was literally on its last legs. Crazy music and noise from neighbors late at night - though it can be fixed with earplugs, don't forget those.

Stayed here recently and got charged $300 after checkout because they said there were “wrappers in the room” and it “smelt like weed.” Yes, I had legal, store-bought cannabis (which is allowed in Texas — like Delta-8 and similar hemp products you can buy at licensed shops). I rolled it in the room but only smoked outside in designated areas. There was no smoking inside. They used the smell and some wrappers in the trash as “evidence,” which is ridiculous. If that’s the standard, anyone traveling with legal products could be wrongly charged. When I called to explain, they refused to listen and insisted that wrappers and a smell were enough. That’s not how hospitality or fairness works. I won’t be staying here again — but if you’re into hidden charges, sketchy policies, and getting blamed for things you didn’t do, then this place might be perfect for you.

• Daniel (10/5): No Frills. Friendly. - As long as people are half-way decent and kind, this goes a long long way with me. The three people I interacted with were likely from the same family. They were apologetic when things did not work, willing to provide extras where they could with cheerfulness (an extra pillow, etc). The room was clean. The AC worked. If I needed something clarified, they clarified it. I will happily use this hotel in the future.

• Mary (8/5): This Inn offered good prices for my lengthy stay, and was very safe and accessible. - This Inn has a very good location! It is small, near a large park, and is quiet and easy parking. Rooms are smaller. Bathroom was maintained, but very small and old.

• Clive (8/5): - If you're looking for a hotel in a very nice area that isn't super expensive. This location is for you. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'd recommend Westcott Scottish inns.
• Mary (10/5): Very good choice for an extended stay ! - It is a small hotel, very quiet, easy to park close to unit. The Owner and staff are pleasant and helpful. The location is close to Memorial Park, but has 2 or 3 eating choices fairly close. The double bedrooms are a bit small.

• Juan (2/5): Not worth price - Front desk was short/rude. Property looked run down on arrival so asked to see room first. Refused and was very rude. I went into the room and it smelled of mold. Heavy. I told him I would not stay there and he switched me to another room. This one was much better but the overall grounds were low quality. There were people loitering in the parking lot all night. No one asked them to leave etc. overall the rooms are overpriced. Prices to compete with holiday inn Express but competed more with oyo quality.
