• Gayle (6/5): A comfortable overnight stay. - The manager was so helpful and friendly, upgrading us to a room with a double and single bed as my husband was sick, and our 4WD was loaded up, which meant a parking space with a little more space. The pool was great. It was nice to have plates, bowls and cutlery supplied. Fairly quiet location. No real complaints. Being a slightly larger town, motel prices are a little higher.

• StuartG. (7/5): Its a Motel and is fine for an overnight stop - The Motel was as expected. It was a satisfactory place to stay the night. Good aircon and the beds were comfortable enough. Parking right at your room Its not 5* but never advertised itself as.

There was cutlery and crockery which is very much appreciated for basic self-catering. Quiet environment with good window covering and external light management. Furniture is a little worn but still very functional.

PLACE TO PARK FOR CARS WITH TRAILERS EXCELLENT, WITH GATES LOCKED AT NIGHT WITH ITS OWN SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND EXIT. EXTREMELY CLEAN ANS GREAT HELPFUL STAFF, WILL BE STAYING AGAIN ON MY WAY BACK UP. Fat bed pillows, but that is just perconnal taste

• Alan (5/5): Was passing through so it was a bed for the night and no major complaints - This is an older style motel, maybe one of the first if not the first one in Goondiwindi as it bears the name of the town. Look it was OK for one night, bed was reasonable but the room probably needs a spruce up if that's at all possible. Nothing stood out, was passable for a night's stay.
• Farideh (7/5): - Kitchen appliances The sink had those old-style separate taps for hot and cold water. It was quite inconvenient and outdated. It really should be replaced with a mixer tap, one of those single-lever ones that lets you control the temperature easily.

• Jack (7/5): good experience - no complaints at all, friendly service. location is out of town, so needed car to get to restaurant, but only short drive. no noise during the night so had good sleep. unit/rooms in around courtyard where cars of guest are parked therefore reasonably safe. a security gate at reception to close at night would make guests feel more secure, but thats only an observation as many other motels have that. overall experience was good. N/A

There was mouse poo on the skirting boards in our room, and it smelt like mice. The parking is very tight, so if you have a large vehicle it would be an issue. The pool needed a good clean out and the slide wasn’t operating. It wasn’t worth what we paid for the night.
