Robert (6/5): - There was a broken armchair that couldn’t be sat on. There were marks including snot on the wall in the living room. The tv screen had been wiped down with a dirty/greasy rag that left smears over the screen. The mirrors in the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There needs to be an oven mitt for use in the kitchen. There needs to be some detergent available to use other than the dishwasher.

AMELIA (6/5): - We like the location near to the shop and the house was clean and nice. Unfortunately, we don't like the air conditioning in the main bedroom was extremely noisy, we can't sleep the 3 nights over there, if we turned off the fan doesn't work in a medium position, only low and high (if we choose low the fan don't do anything with this terrible weather condition) and if we choose fast that was also super noisy and made the curtains move all the time and made another noise extra in the room. It was not pleasant to sleep in this place and more when you are trying to relax.

The info directory said the unit would be cleaned and fresh towels at least once during our 5 night stay, but that didn’t happen. Overall a bit disappointing.

BRENDA (10/5): Spacious home from home. - The rooms were VERY clean. Nice white towels and sheets, comfortable beds. Large TV in lounge and good size one in the Master bedroom. 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms ideal for a family of 6..I didn't need to use the Washer or Drier in the laundry. Lots of cupboard space. Near a shopping center. Both people in the office were very friendly. Paintwork could be freshened up is the only fault I could find...... I will be staying there again.

484wallyb (10/5): Long weekend away - What a lovely place. We stayed in a studio apartment and it was large. Bedroom and bathroom open plan loft style up stairs. Kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge downstairs. Large lovely backyard garden. Place was clean and everything you needed was there and lovely to see a large screen tv of good quality in the lounge. The property had a lovely pool and undercover bbq and undercover parking at each unit for a car.

49GP (4/5): Below par; needs maintenance; Expensive for what it is - The place was unlocked when we arrived so didn't get to test the key. When we came back late at night it took ages to get the door unlocked. Then the key wouldn't come out. We pulled the locking mechanism apart and re-fitted it so it worked perfectly. The main light in the bathroom had blown and there were no spares in the apartment. No milk in the fridge. Parking is amazingly tight in the allotted park. We parked in the visitors car park for ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. We asked for a one hour later check-out due to a family celebration the night before. Answer was a flat 'no'. No niceties in the response or explanation. Yuk. For what you pay here, it is below par in respect of maintenance and vehicle amenity. Positives are that the rooms are large.

Lots ofaamenities across the road. Supermarket chemist hairdresser doctors etc etc. Lovely pool and barbeque area . Nice private units.
nomad0202 (2/5): Don't stay here - Had a 6 week work contract booked by work and was kicker out because I drive a Motorhome. Plenty of parking, manager very rude. I was hardly there due to taking my Motorhome to work and trips away on days off. No maintenance as lots of things needed fixing and crockery and cutlery looked like it came from the op shop. The pool was dirty with leaves and no evidence of being cleaned. Have to provide own toilet paper.
Bella2021 (6/5): Not a four and half star accommodation - Was put up in this resort for a work contract. The mattresses on the beds are so hard that myself and other colleagues had such sore backs that we were taking pain medication to go to work. We bought ourselves mattress toppers, but really, a four and a half star resort should have better mattresses. The house cleaner is supposed to do a proper clean once a week, but that isn't the case at all. Would not choose to stay here myself.
lynhsk (8/5): Not bad - Stayed here for 2 weeks. Not bad place. Just across the road from Eli Waters shops - Woolies, butcher, curry restaurant/takeaway, coffee club etc. Although near the road but can't hear the traffic noise but you can hear your neighbours dragging their dining room chairs across the room. Saw kangaroos basking in the shade sometimes in the golf course.
jkl615 (8/5): Nice hideaway - Here for contracted work for a month, I was placed in this apartment by my agency in a 3-bedroom apartment quite close to the roundabout (ie deep in the complex) and it was a very comfortable and quiet home away from home. As I only needed two bedrooms, the third was locked and unfortunately during the first night, the alarm clock in that locked bedroom started buzzing (very loudly) at exactly midnight. The manager, later found to be living on site, was swift to come unlock the door to the room to shut it down, thankfully. Apart from that, I found the unit quite comfortable. Great living space with comfortable couch and good selection of cable TV channels. Good dining area in the open-plan space. Clean kitchen. The ensuite shower was small but I had the larger second bathroom for a bigger shower space. Air con in the living room and all the bedrooms; they were made to work as it was really quite hot during the first two weeks. Bed was just sufficient; some springs looser than others. TV in master bedroom. The garage space was really quite tight; I spent the last week parking my car out in the uncovered visitor's parking space. The apartment was self-contained and housekeeping was non-existent. Cleaners simply did NOT clean. The pool/BBQ area is at best ornamental; no-one used it. I was tempted, but I didn't in the end. I wish salt/pepper/cooking oil could be provided in any self-contained apartment. The kitchen-ware could be a bit better supplied. I left quite a bit of food behind, mainly sauces, as well as Glad-wrap/foils, etc. The apartment complex was across the road from Woolworth and ~5-10 minutes drive from good beach. The aforementioned manager was friendly. Front reception acts as concierge and helped me with my mail, signing in parcels for me, which was great. It was great value, knowing how much they charged. I would recommend this apartment for a medium-long term stay.
45timy (6/5): Meets the Need - As usual, the website portrays the property in the best possible light. The managers were helpful and obliging. The pool was pleasant but could have done with a clean. Just appears plonked in a fenced grassed area with minimal shade and some basic gardens. The communal barbecue area lacked a sink/access to water and even a garbage bin. The unit seemed to be lacking in maintenance e.g. burn hole in bedroom carpet, shower tap fell off the wall. The unit itself was well-equipped. Staying here again would be hugely dependent on what the rate for the stay would be...possibly better value elsewhere.
Prince_Fuss_pot (6/5): Comfortable and convenient - Its comfortable and convenient. surprisingly not that noisy lots of people living or long term residents. Change in managers in the recent years has brought a breath of fresh air in. Overall very friendly very well equipped although some of the older rooms/villas are bit for bit being referred when we were there. private plunge pool in what one looked like an ex honeymoon penthouse. All in all very accomodating and convenience. Stayed a few ties in different rooms overall no complaints its got a shopping centre immediately across the road and is a generally quite secured location. Gold course next door is nice.

Great place to stay with kids, close to everything in hervey bay need a car though. Only thing was travelling solo to visit a friend and the gate in the yeard led to next door and no lock, apart from that really good. Friendly staff!
Drewsie2312 (8/5): Home away from Home feel - A great feeling of home away from home during our stay. Had everything we wanted which made us feel comfortable. The only criticism was the bedroom only had vertical blinds and as the bedroom window faced east the sun shone through the cracks in the blinds. Maybe block out curtains would be more appropriate in the bedroom. But overall a great place. We will be back!!
johntU6560DV (10/5): grand children visit - We always stay here on our visit to our grandchildren in Hervey Bay it is located in just the best position all units are self contained with the use of large resort pool and BBQ facilities it's just like a home away from home the rates are reasonable and there is a shopping complex across the road it is just a short drive to the local town centre ,beaches and clubs

It has its own plunge pool, waterfall, pool table, huge spa as well as it being fully self contained including laundry facilities. Owner was very friendly and helpful again. Second visit and still cannot fault a thing.
shazzp (10/5): We love this place - We have stayed here and loved it. the pool was great, and so nice at night with the lights. The spa was exceptional and enjoyed the pool table as well. We have never had any problems with the owners there, even when we were organising a couple of nights there for part of my stepdaughters honeymoon trip. We are heading back up there in a couple of months so I'm hoping for availability.
571eb (4/5): Rude and unclean - The staff were rude and the pool area/ outside of the apartments was unclean and not kept. The pool was dirty and murky, there was gravel in the pool. My partner presented with an ear infection the day after swimming. Throughout our time Brian and Pam the managers where unapproachable and full of excesses. There was consent noise pollution from renovations during the day as well as other residence both at night and throughout daytime. Overall our experience was terrible, I would not recommend this place, never go back and it complete waste of money.
Julieaug1960 (10/5): Loved it - Great place to stay. Much bigger than we expected for the price. Stayed in number 65 which was a one bedroom. Very clean with everything you could want. Shopping centre within walking distance. Huge approx 10metre X 7metre private outside area with a roofed pergola covering a third of it. Had table and chairs, sun lounges plus a clothes line. We are dreaded evil smokers and found this area very comfortable, out of the rain or too much sun plus no where near anyone else to have to worry about the smoke annoying other people. Would stay again for sure.
Elmzie (10/5): Fantastic - This place was great in all aspects. Apartments are spacious and very clean. There is a private outdoor area and a nice pool and BBQ area. Shops are just across the road and the Main Street a few mins drive away. Amazing value for money and would recommend to anyone.
banksia79 (4/5): Needs to have a good clean.Would not return. - These self contained villas do have everything you need,however it is a shame they are not maintained to a higher standard.I don't know how ratings are done,this is a 4 star,I would give it a 3 star.The kitchen cupboards from the outside were dirty not inviting me to open them.The oven,stove,overhead,cutlery draw all could do with a good clean.The toaster was disgusting.These items should be viewed on a regular basis & replaced if needed.This one was very rusty.So many items that I could not use & we wanted self contained to be able to have these facilities! The washing machine & dryer were also very dirty.I did not want to use them.The villa though was very spacious & the shops & supermarket were across the road.I would not return.
