- Francy (5/5): Value for money, location very good. But, cleanliness and food not worth it - Price was value for money as the location was in the market Cleanliness - washroom design flaw as water always accumulates near the door and it becomes slippery - probable washbasin leak.
Food - Even after specifically requesting no spicy food, it was very spicy and kids couldnât have it. Since located in the market, could go out to get something from another restaurant.
Lift - had an unpleasant odour
- Vidya (9/5): Comfortable - Overall good
- Natalkar (1/5): - Extremely poor property in terms of ventilation.
Rooms are old model with some basic change in exterior. Too much suffocating. I stayed only for 10 mins and within 2 hours did my check out. Extremely poor property in terms of ventilation.

- Rai (10/5): Very nice - I've had a great stay at Hotel Paras. The hotel front office manager Mr Ashish is very professional, friendly and most important reliable.
The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The executive rooms have windows with natural light.
- Surinder (8/5): Very good -
- Natalia (1/5): Very Noisy, Uncomfortable, and Misleading Photos â Would Not Recommend - The staff was helpful, but annoyed because there were too many things to fix... Short version of my opinion:
This hotel was quite disappointing. The building is very old with a noticeable musty smell. The rooms have no windows, despite what the photos suggest, and hot water was unreliable. The towels were quite worn, and the fridge was rusted, making it uncomfortable to use. Wi-Fi was unstable, making it difficult to stay connected. Breakfast was served in a basement with a leaking ceiling and plastic dishes. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The walls are paper-thinâI could hear everything, from phone calls at reception downstairs to guests in the rooms above. Every night, my upstairs neighbors moved furniture until at least 2 AM, making it impossible to sleep.
Long version with points:
Never, I repeat, NEVER make the same mistake I did by booking a room here.
1. The hotel is literally falling apart â and thatâs not an exaggeration! Itâs old, filthy, covered in mold, and has a disgusting musty smell. Feels like no one has renovated it since it was built.
2. Fake windows! The photos make it look like the rooms have windows, but in reality, they are just concrete boxes with no windows at all. It feels like a prison cell.
3. No hot water â especially in the morning! Try washing your hair with ice-cold water â an unforgettable experience (in the worst way possible).
4. Gray towels â they were probably white a decade ago. I couldnât use them and had to rely on my own sports towel.
5. The fridge was a nightmare â completely rusted, sticky inside. I wouldnât even put a bottle of water in there.
6. Breakfast was a joke â served in the basement of a neighboring hotel, where the ceiling was leaking and all the dishes were cheap plastic, sticky and gross. I felt like I needed activated charcoal after eating there.
7. The Wi-Fi was a disaster â constantly disconnecting.
8. The walls are paper-thinâI could hear everything, from phone calls at reception downstairs to guests in the rooms above.
- Divya (8/5): Very good -
- Jacob (9/5): Superb -
- Ananda (6/5): Good Place to stay for few days, staff are good. location good. - Nepali girl at the reception - very courteous, very helpful
location nearest to main ajmal khan market & Metro. Nearby full of best North Indian food restaurant and south indian Ashish - at the reception - his expression as if why the guest entered the hotel. No smiling face, No greetings. No helping nature.
- Amirtharaj (10/5): Good - I am with my colleague stayed here for 1 night ,the stay was pleasant and the service was excellent. Specially the F/O Manager Mr Ashish was awesome during the entire stay.Overall very nice Thank you very much treebo.

- Prem (5/5): Passable -
- Sarathy (10/5): Stay was wonderful đ - Wonderful place to stay. I donât normally stay in hostels but this was perfect â the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that if you want to, you can spend time outside with other travelers and the staff âReseption Manager Mr Ashis are really went out of her way to make sure everyone got what they needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, I had a great time meeting everyone and socializing yet when I wanted to, I could get a quiet nightâs sleep.â
- Varghese (10/5): Stay was wonderful - Wonderful place to stay, location was very good in the middle of market place,All staff are very friendly along with Front office manager Mr Ashish is supportive behaviour.
- Hebron (4/5): Disappointing -
- Agrahari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Babloo (10/5): Stay was good - Hotel location is good..,.......,I visited this property many times
Front office manager Mr.Aishis is very friendly nature and supportive............................................... Over all good
- Harrison (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is in a really nice area. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the staff are all lovely. The elevator feels like a ride from hell and the breakfast is mediocre (it's also in the basement of the hotel across the road).
- Muhammed (10/5): Good đ - Stay was good.hotel room which I got is neet an clean I riched hotel in late night but front office manager
Mr Ashish give me smooth check in because I am worried about my checkin Overall experience is good đ
- Akash (6/5): Pleasant - Very good staff. Rooms are very old & very difficult to breathe, no proper ventilation.
- Jeyakumar (8/5): Value for money. - Location is near to the karolbagh metro station.easy accessible for transportation.neat and clean room.complimentry breakfast was good. Nothing much

- Ankit (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kartik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raj (10/5): Exceptional - good property
- Rajendra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shibaji (7/5): Good - Located in the heart of Karol Bagh, there are 2 properties just opposite to each other on same road. Medicine shops, eateries and garments shop are all in walking distance.
The Manager (Mr. Sunny) was kind enough to provide us room in (we came by 11 AM) the Rockwell Plaza (opposite to Paras). We appreciate this gesture.
The room size is bit cluttered, else good for 2 people stay.
The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The butter chicken was excellent.
Ms. Sonia of the FO was really charming and helped with queries for local market and local travel. The noise on the roadside was bit coming in, but nothing to really complain.
- Harichandan (8/5): Good - service Extra payment for early check in before 2 hours. Its costly.
- Akanksha (8/5): Very good -
- Mr. (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prasad (2/5): Very poor - The hotel is located in the middle of the market, in a place where you do not have access to cabs. You will need to lug your luggage for quite a distance to get there as cabs will drop you outside the market area. There was no hot water for our entire stay, despite multiple requests. There was no cleaning done of the rooms during our entire stay. The breakfast was provided in a hotel opposite to this one and was awful. Don't opt for this if any of the above matter to you. The rooms are old looking and have the most basic facilities. Not recommended for anyone staying more than 1 day.
- Lalith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rajendra (8/5): Very good -
- Umesh (7/5): The stay was value for money. In this proce the fascilities are perfect. - Breakfast was great Their should be hot water. The solar water is very luke warm. The cold in delhi was around 10 degree centigrade. So you cannot take bath in luke warm water.
- Gupta (6/5): It was O.K. - The location was suitable for our visit, so we selected. It was O.K.
- Kabir (7/5): Good -
- G (5/5): Passable - Bathroom is to be improved Area
- A.s.m (9/5): You will walk out from this hotel with a smile due to their unparalleled hospitality. - The managers of the hotel were so nice and supportive. They had helped us to plan our trip to Agra. They also had allowed us to check out late. Our Delhi stay was much joyful because of them. The location is quite busy and amidst a market road full of people. Itâs hard for vehicles to reach hotel. The room service lacks sleeper and the shower handle was found broken.
- Rojan (1/5): Bad -
- Mahbube (7/5): Good -
- Koel (8/5): Very good -
- Federico (8/5): Very good -
- Khan (10/5): Exceptional - good big rooms na
- Roberto (1/5): Criminal Hackers - The place itself wasn't bad, I would have given it a 7.
Problem is, they hacked into my booking.com account and left a review for themselves, which unsurprisingly was a 10.
I don't know how they did it, I recently changed my password and I'm good with online safety, but it's pretty scary, it's criminal behaviour
