The loud guests returning from a night out on the town, no respect for the noise at that time of the morning. One person spent 45mins knocking on his door because he lost his key and no reception to be able to get into his room. I’d say his rooms mates were passed out and couldn’t hear him, just everyone else did.

Sally (10/5): The nicest Quest experience I have had! - Upon check-in I was greeted by a very friendly and warm staff member who was extremely helpful. The room itself was really lovely and exceeded my expectations (as someone who has stayed in many Quest apartments for work travel before). Everything was extremely clean and tastefully designed and decorated, even the lighting was thoughtful. I especially appreciated the handwritten greeting note and Tim Tams!!

Close to the American Hotel etc. Dirty tissue etc under the bed, cleanliness issues. Excessive rollaway bed charge - was quoted with it included but not reflected - had to prove it. When we got it opened, we couldn't close it for fear of not being able to exit the shower. The only other issue was the loud music from the nearby pub. It was still going at close to 2am.

Sarah (8/5): Would stay again. - Location is great- short walk to shops and historic port area. Staff were wonderful including waking up in the middle the night to let us in when we forgot our key. Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Our air conditioner was dripping water which was annoying overnight. But apart from this loves everything else!
24mconaldt (10/5): Beautiful, clean apartments & pool in great location with exceptionally helpful staff - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, apartments are clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. Exceptional customer service from the moment we booked through to when we left. Bed was comfy, room had everything we needed. Pool was perfect temperature. We would definetely stay here again. Only possible negative is the limited partking.

KylieElson (10/5): Just like home! - Staying at Quest Echuca was relaxing from booking, staying to checking out. The staff were personally invested in making our stay enjoyable, including Tamara's help with a great place to have dinner and a handwritten note left in our room to welcome us. The Quest is within walking distance of everything we needed. It was comfortable, quiet and the facilities felt just like being at home. The kids also loved the pool! We will be back!

Pooria (5/5): I would not pay the same money to go back here. - supplies were ok. Amenities were ok. Kitchen aids were ok. Internet was ok. A/C was good. The car park was inconvenient as there was no guarantee. I had rush back whenever I was out and stress if I could find a spot. One staff when I checked is was a bit inconvenient, As I have asked about car park and she said there is no guarantee who gets first get one and I have to be lucky to get one if I am out. I checked into the room and saw a welcome letter in the room on first floor. In the welcome letter my room number was mentioned to be on level 2 and I would have proffered level 2 anyway. I tried to call the reception but the room telephone was not working. And then when I came down to the reception to tell her these things, first she did not really care about the phone that was not working and then about the room she said 'oh yes we decided to change the room to level 1'...!!! and there was no vie actually I was just above the car park entry on level 1. I think I paid too much for two night for this average 1 bedroom apartment. The water pressure was too low also and I struggled to take a shower after a warm day. I paid $548 for two night and I think this was too much for this hotel. I travel a lot for my work around regional areas and this one was one of the worst.

Lyl (8/5): The staff went above and beyond ensuring our room was ready early I was very impressed - Everything was neat and tidy The only thing I would complain about was no fan in the bedroom it got hot as the aircon didn’t reach the bedroom
gemmanoble72 (10/5): Amazing hotel and great customer service!! - We had an amazing stay here. They surprised us with a complimentary upgrade and even gave us some snacks to kick off our trip. Staff were lovely and rooms were super clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to use. Air con and heating worked perfectly and so did the TV and entertainment systems. 10/10 would stay again!!
693rachel (10/5): Overnight stay - Hotel was clean and location was great. Lack of car parking, so had to park on the street. 1 bedroom apartment was good but be aware that there is only aircon on the lounge and the bedroom had poor airflow so was a bit stuffy at night.

Cyrilsson (10/5): Great town and Great Stay!! - What a lovely town Echuca is... usually just a trip through, but really worth the stay. The Quest is extremely amenable, with modern accommodation, ample facilities, and very friendly and hospitable staff. enjoyed it thoroughly.
Sarah (10/5): - It was exactly as described, great facilities very central so we were able to walk around a lot which was lovely. Only thing I didn’t like was housekeeping not coming to the room daily & finiding an apple under our bed.

Sarai (10/5): Everything needed for a relaxing week away! - Super fresh and clean. Lovely hand written welcome note on arrival is a nice touch. Kitchenette in room has everything you could need - literally everything! Lots of lighting and temperature control options - such a plus if you have any sensory concerns. Really comfy bed. Swimming pool and sun lounges beautiful maintained and water was perfect temperature! Literally nothing - will definitely use Quest again
