We are excited to announce that a brand-new pool will be available mid-to Late December. We do expect some delays over the Christmas period, due to the holiday period, we apologies for the inconvenience. Joy (7/5): Happy to stay here again if I need accommodation in the area. - Perfect location for attending a conference at UniSC. Unit was clean, comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked. Parking for my unit was difficult due to building works.

Kev and Lynda (7/5): Basic at Buderim - The accommodation was reasonable value for the area. The room was an average size, a separate toilet and small bathroom. Inclusions were a sink, small fridge, kettle and some cutlery and crockery. Parking is directly outside the door. The pool has been renovated and looks nice. If you want a low key accommodation that you can use as a base this property is a good starting point. Comfortable bed and good hot shower. Staff interaction wasn't necessary, they provided information prior to our arrival and we could go straight to our room. The accommodation site seems to be in the process of being upgraded. The location is easy to find, but not fancy. Room was basic, clean, and a fair size.

Victoria (4/5): - My partner has a disability, so we needed a motel close to The Big Pineapple because it is on his bucketlist and it was a special birthday. All I wanted was to read a book in front of a pool and sleep in. The pool was under construction... there was a hole, a digger, and a truck that made reverse beeping sounds outside our room for 30 minutes from 7 AM on Friday morning... no sleep in... no pool... no notification that the motel was a work site, which was quite dangerous for my partner's disability, not to mention the headache that lasted most of the day due to the beeping truck and digger. The property was fine but we should have been notified about the maintenance so we could make an informed decision. Overall felt deceived and we were really dissappointed. At the end of the day we still had a nice ebough time and had a laugh about our luck.

It looked like renovations were being done to the facility and we may have gotten assigned a room that had not been updated yet. There were stains on the floor and on the bedsheets. The bathroom window made us uncomfortable as there was an opaque window cover with holes that could easily be looked through and the shades in the main room window were installed on the outside of the window frame so there was a sliver of window that could be seen through as well. The windows themselves were not very secure either. Additionally, the lock on the door could be more secure and the outside light needs repaired as we had to return to our room around the side of the building in the dark. The owner was very kind and did allow us to do an early check in. They also responded in person to assist us with a concern we had. Overall, if renovations were completed, this could be a nice place to stay for a night or two.
